Great job! We were helped with out being pushed. Our salesman (Ron Goode) and sales manager (Steve McQueen) were very helpful and very patient with our multiple trips to finally decide to buy. This is the second Genesis we have bought from Skillman. Brian Cecil helped us last time. It was also a very painless way to spend a lot of money on a car I never thought I could have afforded. They went out of their way both times to help make a deal I could live with!

Aaron was very courteous and professional on the phone and in person. He helped us upgrade our 2002 Hyundai Accent to a 2016 Elantra. Hopefully, we'll see him again in ten or so years when it's time to upgrade again.

I initially spoke to Melissa about coming in to look at a car - she was great about answering my questions. We asked for her when we arrived to the dealership but they said she was busy and Sean would help us instead. Every stereotype I have ever heard about a used car salesman applied to Sean. He was slow to get back with us and I felt he was dishonest in how he handled our requests before we agreed to purchase the car. For example, we asked that he have the windshield replaced since it had a chip in it - he told us it was replaced but after examining the car we found he had just filled the chip in the existing windshield. The car also had a slight brake fade, thankfully they agreed to have the Service Department take a look at the car free of charge. We worked with Curtis and he was great. He gave me a call every day to update us on the status of our vehicle and let us know if we should plan on coming to get the car or keep the rental for another day. If I didn't do my own vehicle maintenance I would definitely take my vehicle to Curtis. Hopefully the maintenance issues we had before are a thing of the past. We only bought this Certified Pre-Owned vehicle a week ago!

We purchased the Elantra Value Edition. The car is a great car for the money. It has many features that would otherwise cost extra on other cars. We worked with Ryan West and he was great from start to finish. Very professional and knowledgeable about the car. We had outside financing, so I can't rate the financing process. We did have to finalize our purchase with the finance manager and he was very professional and informative as well. They do have to offer all of the extras, but I didn't feel like I was ever pushed into buying anything we didn't need. We also met with Manny. He went over every feature of our new car so that we were familiar with all of the working components. He answered all of our questions and I didn't leave trying to figure out all the bells and whistles on my own. Our overall experience was great. A week and a half later, we have taken the Elantra on a 1400 mile road trip. The car is very comfortable and great on gas. I have no complaints so far! I would highly recommend the Hyundai Elantra Value edition and purchasing this car from Ray Skillman Southside Hyundai!

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Escape. Actually I had been looking at Chevrolets but stopped by the Ray Skillman Ford. The salesman, Bill Walls, was very helpful and I fell in love with the escape he showed me. My experience with this dealership was very impressive. I am so satisfied!!
