Did you Meet Dia?

I could not of asked for a smoother car buying experience. If you are in the market to buy a Hyundai. Go see my Girl Dia. She has been absolutely fabulous. I bought a 2023 Kona EV. I LOVE it. Did you know that ev cars have 2 batteries? Well I didn?t. So apparently when the cars are shipped they are not fully charged. And while my car was plugged in to charge the big one. The other one was not fully charged. An honest mishap not a big deal. Had the new whip brought in and they took care of it Lickaty split. Dia has been so helpful with this since I live in Sacramento and the dealership is in Vacaville it?s like I was there She took care of everything for me with the service dept. and by the way they are wonderful Buddy is the man I have been coming here for years with my other car (Tucson) for oil changes and other things it needed. I?m very happy with the service from all of them in the service dept. Buddy, Logan and Matt. Ok so now back to Dia. She is everything you want to deal with when buying a car. You don?t get that shifty trying to talk you into getting something you don?t want or even need. I still have that feeling of wow I can?t believe I don?t feel like I got ?F? over feeling. I have bought 5 brand new cars in my life so far and this has been the best experience so far. The last time was when I bought my 1995 Honda Civic hatch back. I like to research my cars before I buy them and along with a friend of mine we loooooooked at a lot of ev cars and the Kona just fit me. I think all other dealerships should take a good lesson from Vacaville Hyundai. They all are so easy to talk to and you actually feel like your at your families house when your there. So if you want a new car stop in a check it out you won?t regret it. Thanks Dia your the best ..

My dealer expirience at hyundai

This is my first hyundai and my first service at hyundai. Went in for the first maintenance service. And i have a few concerns to address but they decline to see all of it. All they did was a tire rotation. Im having issue with accleration noise,wheel alignment issue, and wheel vibration. They didnt check any if it. The advisor told me its weekend so the electric vehicle tech was not there. I dont think wheel rebalancing needed to be done by electric vehicle tech. And i dont think it will take too much of a time. My car is alost 3 months old now and ive been driving it with wheel vibration and wheel alignment issue since the day i got it new out from the lot.

Oil Change, but beware!

This is the second car we bought from this dealership & we had good service in the past, but we are not happy. The first car we bought, had a recommended warranty service requirement at 30K miles, which we completed at a cost of $740. Our second vehicle was bought used at approximately 26k miles. Before we purchased the car, as a condition of the used car purchase, we specifically asked the salesman if the 30k warranty service had been completed and he asked the sales manager who stated the service had been completed. We specifically asked this question before purchasing the used car because we knew this service would be required at 30K miles since we owned another vehicle from this dealership. We trusted this dealership, but when we took our car in for an oil change, they said we needed to get the 30K warranty work done. When they looked back at the service record, they only found a safety check at 26K miles and not the 30K warranty work. I spoke to the service manager and he said he would check with the sales manager/salesman regarding the misunderstanding and call me back, but it has been three days since we spoke and still haven't heard back from them. The sales manager/salesman totally lied to us and mislead us! Not a trusted dealership anymore and will not be purchasing another car from this dealership.

Great car purchase and service experience

Found the car I was looking for at Hyundai of Vacaville. The salesperson was great at providing information about the car, showing the features of the car, and providing a test drive. We worked out the usual paperwork and financial details. The personnel working at this dealership were friendly and helpful, with the exception of one person but that's one in the whole group of people I dealt with. Let's move on. Talk about service! I was contacted to make an appointment to bring back my car for the paint seal and scotch guard treatment. I mentioned I lived far from the dealership and if I could have access to wifi to continue my work at the dealership since it'd be a long, almost 9am-5pm process. The service coordinator returned my text to inform me that the manager had arranged for me to have a rental car so I could have transportation. When I returned the car it was nothing but dealing with nice helpful people. I will definitely return here for my next car purchase. Thank you, Hyundai of Vacaville

recently i brought my 2022 Hyundai Elantra to vacaville location and was told i would have a ride home to Vallejo. when i got there they told me they could drop me off at the mall. left my car there and they said it be 2 hrs to review my car. they called me at 3:30 p.m and said it was ready. they told me they couldn't do anything to my car to fix it. so it was a waste of my time just to bring it there. also they said they would call me in regards of my windshield. haven't heard from them yet.
