SHADY service shop.

SHADY service shop. Cannot believe places like this are still able to do business. Scam you for parts you don’t need. No one EVER answers the phone (except if you hit sales). Worst customer service I’ve ever got from an auto shop and that says a lot. No business ethics. STAY AWAY

Add-on price came from nowhere.

Add-on price came from nowhere. The salespeople kept me waitting for one hour and went back and forth on some stupid quesitons. Very bad addtitude they do not even hide.

Very slow service and kept me waiting for hours!

Very slow service and kept me waiting for hours!! Salespeople make buying a car into a marathon . I think salesman walked back and forth 10 times for simple questions!! Would never recommend this dealership. Carmax got me in and out with no problem!! Tha back and fort is a joke and waste of time
