This place is terrible.

This place is terrible. They screwed up the paint job when they applied the protective Ciliject, and it took them months to fix the issue. There service department is also terrible. They charge you for things that they say are included in the service and then don't get back to you when you try and get ahold of them. Go somewhere else.

Daniel was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Daniel was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. When the first vehicle we looked at wasn’t working for me, he listened to my concerns and offered pertinent recommendations for another vehicle. The whole process was transparent, with Daniel providing printouts of all costs allowing us to do research on our own time. He followed up with texts, and we never felt any pressure. After purchasing the car, he invited us back to go over all features of the car. It was my first time buying a car from a dealer that was a pleasant experience, all thanks to Daniel and the Vacaville Hyundai management.

I had a seamless experience with Hyundai of Vacaville and found them to be professional, up front and knowledgeable. I worked with Garrett and Andrew on sales, Mike (manager) and Willie in finance. They were all very friendly to myself and my kids, and they worked and coordinated well together as a team. The service received far exceeded what I experienced at competing dealers in Vacaville and surrounding towns. I left Hyundai of Vacaville with my first ever Hyundai, at a fair price and add ons, and could not be more pleased.

Buying a car from Vacaville Hyundai was a dream. The staff, especially Daniel were so helpful and friendly. They helped figure out the exact model and trim for me and were patient with all my questions and concerns. I would 100% recommend buying a car here!
