DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They will pacify you and nothing else. Almost the most regrettable action in my life. You have to wait til... the car is almost dying even though you know something's not right for them "I guess to do anything"
Purchased a "Certified" Kia Sportage SX model for approx. $25,000. Because of cosmetic and navigation issues, we were given "We Owe" document promising... a can of touch up paint and a "SD" card for the malfunctioning Navigation system for our car. You know the rest. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership BACKED by a "We Owe" crap... After calling the dealership countless times and speaking with whole bunch of people including the so-called manager, John Dunham and our salesman, Brandon Gainer, we are as of today driving a "certified" vehicle that has no navigation and a small pen size "touch up paint" that will cover 1/4 of all exterior defects. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Made an appointment a month in advance. Got there on time for a quoted hr long recall. Took 2 hrs and 15 min. Car sat in the parking lot for an hr of that... time.
Always customer service EXCELLENT; took my 2017 KIA Soul+ in for repair to a ding on the roof. Wonderful job, as always, staff are very knowledgeable,... personable, friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, absolutely.
