Fraudulent car warranty

You would never know anything was wrong. Beautiful process. Problem starts when total price on contract was different. He implies that loans go through when you buy a separate warranty. When I went to use the warranty, they never heard of me or my vin number. He stopped returning my calls. BEWARE!

Dealer said she would change brakes took to real mechanic after purchase to get brakes on, sold me a warranty that does nothing. Absolutely would not recommend

Warranty never covers wear and tear items. We always explain that. Even if you purchased a new car the warranty never covers brakes, tires, wipers and oil changes.

Shady place

I don’t know how this place could have 4 stars!! With my experience with them they should have -4. I see they like to go behind negative reviews and try to convince people it’s not true but everything I have to say is 100% true. They advertise cars online that they don’t have to sale. I found a truck on their website I live hours away spoke to an employee named junior he had me apply for a car loan on a Friday I was told the truck would be ready on Monday I took a half day off from work to take the long drive but Monday no communication. Long story short it’s been 30 days my loan approval is expired I have no truck and a lowered credit score. I couldn’t even get a sorry or an explanation all I got was they are waiting for a part from bmw and they don’t sell cars that are not road ready. But should cars be ready for the road before they advertise it! And they definitely shouldn’t have people apply for loans when they don’t have the car to sell. After they become shady towards me I notice the truck I wanted was advertised as a 2010 but the sticker said 2012 so did they ever have the truck? It’s still there check it out it’s a 2010 silver x5 bmw. After I complained to the employees sandy she stopped responding to me

Hi Garlyn, Sorry this was your experience. We sent that vehicle for service and would not deliver it until any issues had been rectified. Your credit score was not impacted, as we never had to pull a second credit report to finalize the deal. You decided you didnt want to wait any longer. We had no choice since the part ordered from BMW was on back order. Again we apologize this was your experience.

Waste of Time

Unfortunately I did not have a good/easy experience from them. I know someone that had purchased their car through Autorama and his experience was much more pleasurable and easy. First I was unhappy that I felt pressured to come in and purchase the car, that day when I was only calling to see if the car was available. Second, when I finally went to look at the car, I put the deposit down. After doing a little more car shopping I found a better car and got a better rate, I called AUtoRama to get my deposit back (which I was told was 100% refundable). Still two weeks later I have not received my money back and I have called several times and I keep getting different answers from them when the money was refunded. All this and I didn't even purchase a car from them. Very Disappointed on the lack of customer service.

Theresa came in and we worked tirelessly to get her approved. We finally did, in spite of bad credit and very little money down. Every 10 minutes she would call to change which vehicle she wanted, and ask more questions, which were always repeat questions. Her deposit is 100% refundable. We refunded the deposit the day she requested to cancel the deal. It takes 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS to for the refund to go through the ACH process. As she stated in her review, her friend had a much easier time which his purchase, because he was decisive and had a significant downpayment. In the future please give all details when writing a review. You clearly admitted to not buying a vehicle, but we wasted YOUR time?

Low-stress dealership with good prices

The test drive at this dealership was the most calm and pleasant test-drive I experienced at any of the dealerships I visited. Vidal, the Sales Representative, and Sandy, the Office Manager, are both down-to-earth, approachable people, very easy to talk to, and forthcoming with information. The car prices were very reasonable, to me. I highly recommend you give this dealership a chance if you want to be able to see a car without having high-pressure tactics used on you.

Unreliable

I made an appointment to test drive a specific 2007 Honda Civic and when I arrived, the lady stated that the manager had taken it home last night and subsequently got food poisoning so he/she couldn't drive the car back. If I am traveling a far distance to test drive a car and I have an appointment, I fully expect the vehicle to be in the lot. I do not appreciate being disregarded as a customer.

Best dealers. No questions about that

Best car buying experience I've ever had. The staff is kind and courteous. They were not just there to sell me a car. They helped make sure it was the right car for me and my family. They went beyond to make sure everything was great before we drove off. I've had my car for about a week now, and still they are there for any questions or concerns I may have.

Great Experience

I purchased my car in December of 2016 with the help of Joudy & Ryan... They offered outstanding service & excellent help, & did fantastic work in finding me a low interest rate on my payments. My vehicle is a 2009 model & over the past month I've been driving the vehicle the only issue I have dealt with was the need for a new battery (which is to be expected in a used car 7/8 years old). I would highly recommend AutoRama to anyone looking to get into a used car.
