There's a lot of reasons Gunther Kia has been delisted

There's a lot of reasons Gunther Kia has been delisted from the better Business Bureauureau and we've just experienced one of them Gunther Kia knowingly sell junk and calls it certified, inspected and send you on your way. When the junk breaks down, Gunther Kia points the finger at the buyer for the damage even if you've only had il The car a few weeks. Certifertified means absolutely nothing, consumer commitments and honesty mean absolutely nothing Their customer follow-up is non-existent and they're professionalism is Non-Existent Don't get me started on ethics. This dealership saws cars they know are defective, junk and mechanically bad., I would advise anyone who values their money to stay the xxxx away from this place!. There are a lot of good car dealerships, honest service, people, and general managers of dealership with ethics. This sure as xxxx is not one of them.

I highly recommend Gunther Kia of Fort Lauderdale for their exceptional professionalism and transparency showed throughout my leasing experience. Since the very first text message , the sales associate Maylene Nieves stood out by providing clear, straightforward guidance without ever hiding details about pricing or lease terms. I greatly appreciated her honesty and efficiency. A special thanks also goes to the Sales Manager Jorge Zaldivar and the Finance Manager Manny Pulido, who worked with me to secure a deal that satisfied everyone, all while maintaining a positive, respectful and pressure-free attitude. This was, by far, the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. If you value clear communication, serious and direct answers, and a sales process free of sneaky tactics, I strongly encourage you to consider Gunther Kia as your first choice. I had a wonderful experience with Gunther Kia.

I had a wonderful experience with Gunther Kia. Very honest and straight forward process. They were willing to work with me to find me a car within my budget. This is my second car with Gunther. The service department always gets me in and out fast. They also offer an amazing warranty on their new cars. Adrian Del Pozo was awesome and did a great job from start to finish. Def recommend! A++

Incredible I have a situation with my sensor in my Kia ,

Incredible I have a situation with my sensor in my Kia , I was travel to the dealer on Saturday without appointment because they didn’t have space and they told me can help me . I will never came back for services or buy any cars. They are nice in the beginning but later you see. Worst service ever a experienced.CERO stars

This concerns Gunther Kia's service department.

This concerns Gunther Kia's service department. If you need anything other than standard scheduled service, prepare to wait all day. We had an 11:00 AM appointment and were told it would take 2 hours for a diagnosis. After 2.5 hours I asked the service rep about my car's status and he didn't yet know. I told him that he said it would take 2 hours for the diagnosis and he replied, "I said it would take at least 2 hours," he lied. When I finally got the diagnosis after 4 hours of waiting, I was told that they needed to order a part and couldn't do the repair. So that was that and I drove home angry and wholly unsatisfied with Gunther Kia's service department. You should also know because I was told this: "Your appointment time is with a service advisor." Be prepared to be lied to and worse from this dealer's absolutely horrible service department.

Simply put: they are a trap.

Simply put: they are a trap. They keep your car hostage with the diagnostic fee, either you do the service when you know they are xx you ou you have to pay the fee. They are part changers, not mechanics. My next car WILL NOT BE A KIA.

Wish I could give it a ZERO!!! Alvaro Priano is the worst. Thief, a rat. Just goes there gets your money gives you false promises and then you are screwed. Thanks but no thanks. Never again. Sucks.
