After dealing with Michelle, in the purchase of our truck, I am very happy to say, that she was very both friendly, and helpful in helping us find the right truck we needed. We purchased it, and look forward to sending more business her way. You still have to spend the time looking over any vehicle you buy, but if you are careful, you will find some very nice vehicles at this dealership, at very reasonable prices. Very rude and dismissive over the phone over the phone. This dealer gave me a negative attitude the second he picked up the phone.

Why are they allowed to continue with false advertisements. I wouldn’t trust this dealership for anything. The advertising a platinum truck that is base model and then tried to save face by saying the white pain was platinum on a work truck. Please delete them.

They really enjoy lying about a cars over condition. Mechanics, or one mechanics in specific has little to no proper car knowledge. Buy at own risk. Claim car is fine and will later lead to a nightmare of repairs and bills. Best of luck buying from Roayl Auto Credit. Will definitely be a gamble.
