These guys are crooks and are extremely deceptive.

These guys are crooks and are extremely deceptive. I bought a truck from them in January 2025. They gave me the carfax that stated that I still had a full manufacturer warranty. A couple months later after having some issues with the truck I found out not only did I not have a warranty but that it had been deemed a total loss by an insurance company in canada. Buyers beware i recommend staying away from twins auto.

My family and I recently purchased a Chrysler minivan from Twins Auto, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Allen guided us through the entire process, handling both the sale and financing with professionalism and patience. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood every step. The APR rate I received was outstanding, and the vehicle was spotless upon delivery. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, transparent, and hassle-free. I highly recommend Twins Auto for anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

I purchased a vehicle from the dealership on Dec 26th.

I purchased a vehicle from the dealership on Dec 26th. On January 1st 2025 the transmission went out on the vehicle. The dealership waited until the 3rd week when the Chevy dealer had completed it and asked me if I would ship it to them. On January 27th, the truck had to go back into the shop because the entire coolant system and sending units had to be replaced. Once again when I phoned the dealer they offered no remedy, they wouldn't even have anyone from upper management contact me.

As others noted don't not shop here, they use credit

As others noted don't not shop here, they use credit acceptance to get you approved never trust that for one, two your interest will be at miminum 21% that's xx, know matter if you have a credit score of 699-780 go to your credit union and take that check else where they're selling lemons at twins runnnnn..!

My name is Melissa, I bought a car from here last month,

My name is Melissa, I bought a car from here last month, (Cadillac XTS 2013.) This car came needing an oil change, bald tires, no wiper fluid, and now above all the battery that I also just replaced myself wont stay charged?! There's multiple recalls, on this car I wasn't made aware of. I called to have the oil changed literally a day or two after purchasing the vehicle and they still charged me for maintenance and now experiencing further issues. I called to speak to the owner directly, they tried to just transfer me to sales. The service rep Alex sold me this car and wouldnt even let me test drive the vehicle before signing anything, noticing i was in a bad spot having my 4 year old child there with me at the dealership and no vehicle. Theres more I'm sure I'm forgetting absolutely unbelievable
