Other reviews have their merit
I saw the review of others here but there is a car that I want so I contacted them. I asked them about the fees and what the final take-home prices would be over the phone and they wouldn't respond and just outright ignored me. So yes, it does seem sketchy.

Honest Review
This dealership are totally unrealistic. Do not even go unless you wish to waste your time and money. The advertise price is not what you should expect. The management proclaim to have added things to their cars such as paint protection, only to jack up the out the door price. Sorry, I didn't ask them to sell me something I did not ask for. My consumer morals made leave their dealership. If you want to feel xxxxx b4 paperwork is ever drawn up, this is the place for you

Please don't buy your car here
Please do not buy a car from Loyal Signature Motors, it is a scam. They list their cars below KBB just to get people in the door and then they upcharge you $3K in "dealer fees" before taxes and state registration ($1K for door guards, $1K for registering the car's side panels in your name, $1K for a ceramic coating that they didn't show proof of). They said they will never accept an offer below the advertised price and that the $3K dealer fees are non-negotiable. In addition, they only let you drive a few blocks on the test drive on 35 mph roads and no freeway driving, probably so as not to notice anything is wrong with their cars.

Biggest scammers in the valley
they'll tack on "packages" to the original listed sale price. Went in to check out a car and when it was time to talk numbers, the sales manager added $3000 saying there were additional dealer packages. After arguing against these so called packages he'll "negotiate" back down to the listed asking price. Here's where it gets interesting: My friend went to go look at the same car before I did and he passed because they wouldn't budge on their listed asking price (car needs paint work and front brake rotors are worn). He said they never tacked on $3000 on top of the listed asking price. The only thing he and I did different was that I showed them my loan letter that listed how much I was pre approved for... which was much more than what the car was listed for. They thought they'd take me for a ride. Beware of these crooks and avoid them like the plague.

Dishonest Business Practices
The Dealer adds $2,000 in protection devices to the vehicles final invoice? Every vehicle they sell has this $2,000 added to it .WHY? it boosts their NET profit and gives them a $2,000 advantage when negotiating the final price. What are these PROTECTION devices that you must have on your Vehicle? The first is Codes that are hidden in the door frame and other locations (NO ITS NOT LOJACK) its just numbers on a plate cost to you $995 REALLY? The Next is a UV protector added to the cars Finish commonly sold everywhere today its a CERAMIC COATING (not permanent and needs to be maintained. These Ceramic coatings can be applied yourself for about $35. BUT THEY GET $995. WOW ! Are you started to feel protected or RIPPED OFF?
