We have brought several automobiles from crows. All have been wonderful automobiles. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have always worked with us if there were issues with our purchase. Will also work with you if you are going to be late with a payment. Love this company. Will stay with them for all our automobile needs even though we live in little rock now, we will go to Gassville, AR to crows if we have automobile needs. Steve and Jeannie Scheidt;

Bought a used car here, WORST MISTAKE EVER.

Bought a car here February 8th, the very same day, the car started rattling ,knocking and making other weird noises. Talked to the dealership and they basically said I was screwed out of my money. Wont fix the issue or refund me my money. A mechanic told me it needs a new motor. And the way they made it driveable for the test drive was they put a thicker oil in it so it would drive and sound nice. I've nvr bought from a dealership who has treated me this way before. They should do the right thing and refund my money. I'm a mom of 2, so I needed a reliable car to drive all of us back and forth not some xxx that is now sitting in my driveway. Way to go on RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. Anyone who reads this, DO NOT GO HERE FOR A CAR. U WILL GET SCREWED BIG TIME.

We are a very reputable business. We have been in business for 15 years. This car was a wholesale vehicle. It was advertised with motor noise. The actual ad reads as follows: "Asking $1200 cash or best offer. 156663 miles - it was driven daily - front wheel drive - 3.8 V6 - it has a broken passenger front seat - (the back part of the seat will not stay up) The motor does make some noise I do not know what it is (you're welcome to check it out for yourself)" She knew it had motor noise. It had motor noise when she test drove it with her dad. The entire sale took place in my front office which was both video AND AUDIO recorded. The motor noise was discussed 3 times in the front office. On the day she bought it, it had a weak battery, so we put a new one in it for her before she left with the car. If we were trying to rip people off we certainly wouldn't have done that. We are sorry this has happened to her but it's not our fault. She signed an "AS IS" in two different places. She knew it had motor noise so I'm not sure why she's having this complaint.
