This is what I put on the Carzone view site. Well where do I start. They approved me and do to work. They parked the car in my driveway unlocked. I couldn't lock the car from the inside and took them along time to order the key. In order for me to lock the car. I paid my first car note , still no key. I had to say it's unsafe for me being 62, out for work sometimes 11:00 p.m. til at least 12:00 a.m. for them to order the key. I asked, the manager if something would happens to me. Who would be responsible? He said, I would be responsible. When l said, I'm filling out a police report. He said, that's the funny thing I heard. But they're telling me. When will I bring the last part of my deposit, not caring about customer safety. Plus they didn't change the oil and half cleaned up the car. I had to complain several times to get it cleaned up by them. I refuse to give it to them the rest of the down payment until Carzone upholds their part in the agreement. I said, to the manager I don't trust you'll They're not talking about programming the key or giving me a tag. Saying they never heard of anyone getting a ticket with an expired tag. I wouldn't recommend Carzone for purchasing any car!

Do not go here. My wife and purchased a car in August. Now it’s October and they say they won’t give me my tag (TT&L was financed) unless I pay more money for title transfer. Deal has been finalized for over 45 days this is not right nor is it legal. My wife and I are going to the used car commission over this.

Took my daddy to car zone in January to purchase a car, we test drove the car no problems drove good get back to dealership purchased the car took care all necessary paper work. By the time we got home the car was smoking, motor sound was loud with a bad mist, call the dealership he saps bring it back took it back they kept out for couple days called us and told us that the timing chain needed replacing but they couldn't do it because the car was as is worn no warranty,i understand as is but I felt like because time we purchased the car and drove it home there was already problems so they knew that the car had problems before they sold it to my dad. We didn't get our 90 day yeah until February 7,2025 and it expires on March 3,2025 just don't understand the nerve of these dealerships messing over people. Please be careful of your purchases from Carzone cause you just might get bad deal nobody has money to throw away.

DO NOT COME HERE!! the employees are very rude and racist!!! and they were making gesture hands to my daughter that made her very uncomfortable when I went to the bathroom!!! they are pervs and they dont care abt the customers whatsoever they just trying to make a sale! we heard them making nasty rasicst and sexual jokes while we were waiting and when we didn't want a car they were so rude about it!!!! PLEASE PLEASE DONT NOT GO HERE THERE ARE SEVERAL BETTER CAR DEALERSHIP THEN THIS ONE!!!!! they shouldn't even be allowed to sell cars !!!

Had a horrible experience with this dealership. The vehicle that I purchased has a lot of hidden problems going on with it and they're constantly lying about the vehicle, instead of, being decent, responsible to try to make the deal right for me to shop there again in the future. But when you're crooked, money hungry, and don't give a xxxx those are the results and it's a bad reflection on CarZone. Knowing that they wouldn't want it done to them or their family members. I wouldn't recommend them. Instead of correcting the problem they want me to purchase another vehicle through them I've never heard of such foolishness!

I've only had my vehicle from them less than a year and "ALL"sorts of things are happening with it. I do understand the terms used but from the electrical system, the battery, the alternator and starter! This is by far the most shady car dealerships ever. I called to see if my vehicle was under extended warranty and the sales reps told me I was. I took my vehicle to a dealership to have it service only to find out there was no warranty. I spoke with the Finance Manager Dempsey I can bring the car back in for trade off. Why would I bring my car back to trade off for another vehicle that may or may not be in good condition? Be aware of this place!!

Please stop letting these company get you in with that bogus sales crap. Very unprofessional, can’t be trusted at all. They are a complete rip-off car place
