I’ve bought several cars from Porsche Lehi over the years. I bought an SUV from the Audi side, some Porsches from the Porsche side and I have also taken my son to purchase his first Porsche. I’ve worked with the several managers and salespeople during these transactions. Sunne, the GSM, and Sales Manager Chris were wonderful to work with. Every aspect from new purchases to the trade ins were handled professionally and fairly. These are car people! They love the cars and treat people with respect and kindness. They work hard to make it a good experience for the customer. For my most recent purchase, Tanner was my salesperson. It was his persistence that made it possible to track down an allocation. He helped me find the car, build the car and dealt with every little question and detail throughout the process. He knows and loves all things Porsche. Tanner handled everything with professionalism and integrity. He also made the whole experience fun. It was the best car purchase I’ve ever experienced. We bought a 2021 Audi Enron, sight unseen other than the pictures. John Nguyen worked with us to get the car shipped quickly from Utah to Tennessee. When it arrived there were a few items that we had concerns about, in particular two chips in the window. John worked us to cover the cost of fixing the chips. After doing so, we were not happy with the results. A replacement window cost nearly $3000, but John and his manager agreed to cover the cost and also added additional money to compensate for partially worn tires. It is very good business to take care of people, even after they have paid and are not local to work face to face. I would feel confident buying a car from them again.
