Gary, first and foremost I want to apologize for your service or better yet lack of service you received. After reviewing all the facts this morning,... it appears you got turned around and were a touch late. Another client was a bit early. This resulting in the car you wanted to see being driven by another customer upon your arrival. Bottom line, this would have been avoided if we had scheduled the appointments further apart, which is entirely our fault. I find that you waited and the customer took a unusually long test drive which resulted in a lot of wasted time for you. When I started this business over 4 years ago, my goal was to provide an above average customer service experience because I had been treated so poorly in my previous dealership experiences. I knew I could do it better. Obviously, we failed my goal with you and your family. Because of you bringing this to my attention, we have had a team meeting this morning and have changed our scheduling policies to allow for much more room to account for life happening, be it traffic, or whatever it may be. Although this hasn't been a problem in the past, obviously it was on Saturday creating the perfect storm and wasting your time. I want to say I am not only sorry but embarrassed as well. That isn't the way we do business. We do have two fees when you purchase a car, they aren't hidden, we communicate them to each and every customer. We have a $1.50 temporary tag fee, and have a $159 Document fee. The average fee in Kansas is $210 and we always work hard to stay well under the average to offer our customers the best deal possible. Above all, I want to say thank you for taking the time to help me see where we obviously feel short and although I don't expect it, hope sometime in the future we can have another opportunity to offer you the service you and anyone who walks into our dealership deserves. - Marcus Klika

Found a car online they had for sale and looked like a good first car for our teen. The building didn't really look like a car lot so if we had just... driven by we wouldn't know what it was. The staff was very friendly and upfront about some issues the car had. It was a very easy buying process and we felt they were very truthful in the condition of the car so we didn't have any surprises. Overall it was a great experience and 2 months later and no surprises have popped up with the car. We would recommend this dealership.
They were extremely knowledgeable regarding specific cars we were interested in. We told them what we were looking for and they found the perfect vehicle.... From start to finish the process was handled with professionalism and definitely keeping the customer in mind. Their customer service was exceptional and we are very pleased with our purchase. It has been over a year, and we never remembered to leave a review, so sorry for the delay. However, just wanted to convey how much we appreciated working... with your group. Driving all the way from Wichita was a gamble, but we still love the car. The sales process was the easiest we have ever had and look forward to making the drive again when it is time for another one. Also appreciated the communication and all the time you took taking the photos of every part of the car. By the time we got there, we felt confident we had made a great choice and knew the car inside and out. Again thank you!!!!
We were looking for a used car that was in good shape but didn't have a lot of money. We looked and looked, and some cars were just horrible. Had cigarette... burns, just amazing that some dealerships even try this. Regardless, we found a Honda Civic at Klika Auto Direct and came out to take a look. The car was immaculate, had been detailed, serviced and had new tires as well. They helped us get a great rate at a local credit union that was less than our bank even offered, the whole process including financing took maybe an hour. We highly recommend these guys, no pressure, just friendly and helpful unlike our other experiences.
