Called to make an appointment for a test drive. Informed them that I was 1.5 hours away and had them verify the car was available and ready for test drive. Drove there to wait over an hour from my scheduled appointment and finally got a salesperson, only to be told the car was on hold. They sold the car while I was traveling to the dealership and did not even have the kindness to call me to inform me what was going on. What a total waste of time!!!
Bait and switch seems to be a policy
Last place I would buy a car, I was very encouraged when trading emails with the dealership even though the vehicle I was looking at was not available to look at that day, they sent a link to a similar vehicle and even though it was advertised at a higher price I was told that they would sell it at the same price as the other vehicle. Well lets just say 2 hours wasted and a sorry about your luck fell when I left the dealership. Hard to believe a company this size has such low ethics. Worst of all when I asked to have a response from a manager about how they would make this right, I got an email from the salesman that said thanks for stopping by.

We have not bought yet, but if we do it will be from Jose. He was very helpful and personable when my wife & I scheduled a test drive at the Ohio location.

Their phone service people have no idea how to help you and even give you false information. Worst experience I've ever had dealing with a car dealer.
False Advertising with Bait & Switch
My son wanted a car and I only wanted to spend so much. I found a car at Auto Boutique which fit my price, and he was happy with it. I called and confirmed it was available. They read off the make, model, mileage, color and price. Made an appointment for 4 hours later than my call. Inquired if I could purchase it now, and take it home at my appointment. I asked to confirm the price, and then they changed their tune, said the price was wrong, told me it was now a whole lot more than what it was listed for, and what they previously told me. Also told me they had tons of interest in the car. They put me on with a manager, and he even did the sorry, we gave you and advertised the wrong price online for 3 days. Technical glitch won’t let us change the price. Then why did you give me that price on the first point. Even then hung up on me when I said that was bait and switch and false advertising. Don’t look at a car here unless you want taken advantage of. I have filed a complaint with the Ohio State attorney general.

Don't!!!!! Unless you like to waste your time, like dealing with people that don't know how to do their job, like being lied to repeatedly and having your credit pulled for no reason. My daughter fell in love with what was going to be her 1st car. After looking at the car in person and making sure her wheelchair fit, I immediately asked the sales person about the warranty. They we would get the remainder of the manufacturer's warranty. A credit pull and a bunch of wasted time later getting ready to sign the papers, the finance lady informed me the warranty doesn't transfer. Sales manager was called over who insisted that there was a portion that would transfer of the bumper to bumper and remaining powertrain. He called the manufacturer to confirm the amount, luckily he was honest when he came back to tell us it didn't after all. I would have left immediately had the sales person know the correct answer instead or just saying what sounded good. Now I have a bummed kid, lower credit score an another reason to never buy a used car.

I was helped out by Missy and she was super friendly and professional. I was set up with a car in my price range in no time at all. She took a wonderful picture of my mother and I in front of my new car with a huge bow on it. I would definitely come back for my next purchase!

I dealt with Jose who is a great guy and did an awesome job for me. My total experience at Auto Boutique was nothing but first class. The prices are very competitive.
