    Enjoyable sales experience. Nick Camello was extremely friendly and allowed me to take as much driving needed for me to make my decision to buy the new... Supra. Just hope the service dept. is as courtesy and will provide excellent service when necessary.

    I took my van in for oil change and battery check ,after 2 hours they said all was good and I left. 1 week later I was stranded in OC because my battery... was dead but keep in mind, I just got my car serviced and asked if my battery was good , so nevertheless I had get my battery replaced . Another 2 hrs. Anyway 2 weeks later I go to start my van it doesn’t start lots of black air coming out the back. My dad comes and checks it out (licensed Mechanic) he says there was a whole 1 qt extra of oil in my van,and it was dirty!!!!! so yeah in process now if getting it towed to dealership, they say they don’t tow I now hate !!!!! This service dept!! I will keep you updated.......

    Aaron Pitt, the Internet Sales Manager, made the purchase of the 4Runner a pleasant experience. He is one of the best car salesman I have ever dealt with... and I have been purchasing cars from different dealers for over 45 years. I will definitely see him and this dealership again on my next purchase.

    outstanding service! My truck has 48k miles and the mechanic found the timing cover leaking during the 21 point inspection. I scheduled it to be repaired... and it was done and fixed earlier than promised. I didn’t have to pay because it was still under warranty

    My experience with Temecula Valley Toyota service has been great do to the fact that every time I take my car in I have an awesome advisor by the name... of Stewart Tan he is professional courteous and attentive every single time I highly recommended Mr Tan to anyone looking for help with their car he is the best!

    I have experienced terrible service from the Temecula Toyota Service Department! I took my wife's Rav 4 in for a Transmission Converter recall on January... 24th 2018, and they fixed the transmission "shutter", but now I can hear my engine over the sound of my radio. The Service Department Assistant manager Adam, and the Service Department manager Josh, both let me know they heard the abnormal noise, and would find out what's causing the noise. The service manager called me back four days later, and let me know that his Service Deparment Director let him know that he does not hear the noise. Now the Service Department manager is stating that he must have been mistaken before, and he now hardly hears the noise either. Sounds suspect to me. My car has been at the Toyota Service Department for seven days, and they still do not know what's wrong with my wife's Rav! I would not recommend getting any service done at the Temecula Toyota Service Department.
