I agreed on a car price with Alex. When I went back to purchase the car he raised the price and lied to me saying he told me that the original price he... gave me was only good that day. He never told me that. He dropped the price because I said it had to be under $6000. We talked that morning before I drove there from Pasadena and he did not tell me over the phone before I left that he was raising the price.

I was expecting to be taken advantage of and then given the bum's rush. Not at all my experience at TX Auto Group. Anthony and Sean were friendly and helpful.... Sold me a car that needed tires, one had steel belts showing thru. Purchased 2 year extended warranty, when I sold the car after 3.5 months to fund my... own business, I requested a refund for extended warranty, they stole half my money. My refund was barely half what I paid! They are absolute crooks, thiefs. Stay away from this Stealership
Responder got salty when I asked a question about a car. They state to ask any questions about any vehicle they have. Not going to buy from them. And it... WAS going to be a cash buy, too. Guess they don't care if they get the sale.

Bad service! I'm verbally offended by ANTHONY ALFARO, I have almost 6 months with temporary plates and do not want to give me my plates. I never got the... Carfax report and I'm getting it with a third, the day I buy the car transmission is broke and took more than a week to fix it. I never wanted to return my money, I'm waiting for the Carfax report "I'm sure it's a lemon" but we'll see you in court!!!! upadate 7/17/2019 Lies!!! I just asked for my metal plates. the first time he said after 3 months I was going to pick them up and it never happened!!! He gave me another paper plate for another 3 months and I had to be asking for it more than 3 times and he said he had already sent it to my e-mail and Anthony Alfaro just lied!!! I had to have my car parked outside the workplace because I had a lot of time without plates (some federal places you can't drive a vehicle with paper plates for a long time) I exposed the automobile that hit it 2 occasions without knowing who it was. the third time I asked for my plates, I was only lying day after day for almost a week that I had already sent it to my e-mail and nothing!! that's the supposed message you have, it was the ONLY WAY that he sent me the third paper plate. And you say I'm not being truthful????? and just because you gave me special financing I have to tolerate the racism of you and your employee????? according to you the message you have of me is demanding after 6 months my metal plates??? you cry about it???? the message I have from your STUPID EMPLOYEE, Anthony Alfaro IT'S TELLING ME TO RETURN TO MY COUNTRY!!!! you'd better have shut your stupid mouth you want me to take it to another level?????
