They scam people, we bought a truck and a couple days later after buying it from them it broke down on the freeway. Had to get it towed and got a quote... from the repair shop, saying we owe $20,000 for REPAIRS. Insane how sketchy this dealership is. They want your money and don’t care about the customers! Stay AWAY.
Stopped in to look at an Audi A7 shown on the website. Car wasn't on the lot; the 'owner was driving it' but it would be in the next morning. Called the... next morning to verify the car had come back but was told 'the owner had taken it to the auction' but could bring it back 'for $500 or $1000 deposit'. My BS detector was pinging pretty hard at this point. Judging from the other comments on this site, I'm not the only person who feels this way.
Quick friendly staff. Not pushy. Didn't try to talk me into a car that wasn't right for me.
WAS SOLD EXACTLY WHAT I PROMISED. FULL TANK OF GAS AND TWO KEYS. SECOND CAR I'VE BOUGHT. BOTH FOR MY CHILDREN. THEY'VE ALWAYS BEEN HONEST WITH ME.
Promised new headlights ,fix brake lights . Didn't fix or repair ,promise you everything till you drive it off lot and won't answer or return call Scammers... .
They listed a 2009 Lexus as in perfect condition and when I got there and drove the car for about 20 minutes every single light in the car came on and... when I came back and brought it to their attention they said that's why it was so cheap and priced at only $11,000. So basically they listed it in perfect condition knowing there were a million things wrong with it hoping they could get away with it and then when they couldn't they tried to say that that's why it was so cheap but it was definitely listed in a average price range for that car!
We were very interested in a Ram Promaster they had in stock, and had gotten pre approved for financing through them. The dealer knew we were coming from... Montana (8h away). When we arrived the vehicle was not on the lot. We were given lies that they could no longer finance the vehicle for us (even though they already said they could) and tried to bait and switch me to passenger vans and even a diesel truck. We were offered no apologies for the fact we had to drive 8 hours for a vehicle we could no longer purchase. And even though $100+ was spent in gas to go there and back, I was only given a $50 check after having DEMANDED some sort of settlement. The next day I get an email from CarGurus that the Van was sold. They never told me the vehicle was sold while I was on my way, and they didn’t even bother to hold it for less than 24 hours. (The main issue being they never told us it was sold). They lied through their teeth to me, and wasted a huge amount of my time and gas. BUYER BEWARE
Apparently they'll guarantee it after they do a hard pull on your credit and if it's not good....Good luck.
They had all the styles of vans we were looking at but they were all in bad condition. The seats were worn or stapled or severely stained, the vehicles... had rusted pieces. Each van we wanted to try had to be dug out of the trench of cars they had and all had to be jumped from sitting too long. I used the bathroom and they were out of paper towels and toilet paper. Not very impressed with anything they were supposed to be maintaining. The guy was nice enough but that's about it.
Never heard back after requesting info on a car. Bad customer service.
