I use Wrightsboro rd location ..normally I get a great service advisor..this time I was completely failed!!was assigned thomas who needs A LOT OF TRAINING!first... off on March 31 I received a quote for brake service 284.67 I decided to schedule on Tuesday the 7th I ask for friday the 9th or Saturday he said he could do it Friday and could I drop it off early I said yes I actually dropped it off Thursday night after 11pm so things could be smooth I received a message 630 am 4/9that he was Thomas and if I needed anything I could reach him during my service visit 1140 I asked could he tex me when car was ready he said ok and the service was backed up at THE MOMENT...NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT NOT HAVING CAR READY!I CALLED AFTER 5 PM BECAUSE I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM I TEX ASKING WAS CAR GOING TO BE READY HE SAID 510 no it's not saying he hope to have it ready tomorrow CALLED 3TIMES TO BE TRANSFERRED TO VOICEMAIL 4TH TIME HE ANSWERED BY ME CALLING STORE AGAIN I said now this is poor customer service you never said brakes and a bulb would take 2days he says we tell everyone 4 to 5 days when doing brakes or other things that needs to be done I said that's a lie you never text me that. It's no way this should be a 2day job he yells MS Jackson if you want to get your car you can i said have you done anything to it he said no which is crazy my car been there all day and I had an appointment I said leave it parked I will come get it and pick up my spare in the morning he's a lair he forgot we text and I have all our messages wish I could post it so the company can see he's a bad representatives for the company and a huge lair he didn't even deserve the one star I rated him he didn't even attempt to fix the situation he's a complete idoitI mean just straight out lied never ever will I deal with him again on anything I will pass the word on him he's a jerk!

Appt for oil change at 11, still waiting . Now 1pm , my only day off, my car should have been serviced at 11. Not hrs later.

I bought a BRAND NEW Lincoln Aviator and have nothing but problems. Doors will not open from the inside. Check engine light came one and it took Lincoln... a month to figure out what was wrong. They had my car for the entire time. Now my driver door will not open from the inside. The lack of quality and support is disheartening.

Tried to buy but was insulted instead! Told I just missed a sale and special finance deal then told The market is so good right now I may not find anything... in my price range... made me feel like I was being told to go home or pay more! Ruined my search I actually quit looking after that.....

Great customer service. Staff is very helpful and explained everything in detail. Very friendly staff, actual service with a smile. The man that drives... the shuttle is a very nice guy. Every employee I have encountered has been awesome!

We came with the hopes of buying a vehicle that would meet our needs. We found one that exceeded our hopes. The salesman was professional, courteous,... and, when we explained our needs, did his best to meet them. He even realized that we had extra needs that his company could meet, suggested it, and offered to install it personally if we bought it (number entry pad), which he did the next day. We came away a very satisfied customer.

Car salesmen who just don't know cars. It's a frightening trend. No one was unkind, just not at all helpful to the individual who knows what he wants.

Easy to work with and no pressure sales. Everyone their was great to work with. Service was great on items that needed attention.
They listened to me instead of trying to force me into something I didn't want . They made suggestions but didn't give me a hard time for wanting what... I wanted.
