As a longstanding Lincoln customer, the service is worse
As a longstanding Lincoln customer, the service is worse than poor. Don’t use them!! “When will my vehicle be seen?” “Maybe tomorrow, we can’t say” “Then why did you tell me to bring the car in today? No reply That’s typical. The worst service we’ve ever experienced.

Horrible Marcus should be fired excuse after two days was time for away from him My truck just down there sitting supposedly someone misplaced the part that was ordered So bring me my truck and order another part it's not rocket science He never called me After 2 full days I called him Omg this is ineane

Dissatisfied with Gerald Jones Lincoln Service
I was told by a service writer at Gerald Jones Lincoln that my particular issue could be done within an hour if I scheduled an appointment. I scheduled the appointment, took my vehicle in, and told the service writer that I'd be in the waiting room until it was complete. I went to the waiting room and was there for 1 hour and 15 mins when the service writer came in and told me that the device he needed for my issue was riding on a truck that may not make it to Gerald Jones Lincoln for 2-3 hrs. If that were the case, why was it an hour and 15 mins before I was told the device was on a truck somewhere before waiting all of that time after being checked in for the appointment. Then Dick Nash, the manager, was more concerned with finding out about why I was told it would take an hour to complete than he was satisfying a customer. I do not recommend this service department at this dealership because they seem unable to handle their commitments to their customers.

Oil change
I scheduled a oil change for my Ford F-150. I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Within an hour the oil change was completed and ready for pickup. The personnel was friendly and accommodating.

Poor service
I took my 2018 ford truck in for the 5000 mile oil change and tire rotation, three hours later they called and said it was ready for pick up.the only thing they had changed was the sticker set for 5000 mile change. I know because I had the tires marked and oil filter dated , the tires hadn’t been moved or tire pressure checked, fluids hadn’t been topped off. I took it back and showed service manager, he agreed with me and took the truck back in for the service I paid for. The reason I marked my tires and filter is this was not the only time they done this. They need to keep checking on there technicians. I was really disappointed in service but at least the service manager made it good. Thanks Preston Price

Poor Scheduling
They have poor scheduling and under estimate the time required for the repairs. They wait until you are on site to tell you that they are behind and you need to make arrangements to leave your vehicle for an extended period. Appointments mean very little to them. Great sales staff but service department has little respect for customers time.
