If I could give them zero stars, will do Fake customer service Very bad repairs Don't go there. I have to go to a different body shop and pay for repairs again.

Bad service , high prices

Do not go there High prices They will charge you for things they did not repair Not recommended You can find better shops with lower prices

Body Shop

My experience was wonderful. First I must say this was my first accident and I recently moved to Texas so I was terrified. Dallas Auto Mall took the stress off of me. They were nice, professional, and got the job done. The Owner told me not to worry he will take care of everything and that he did. Not only did he fix my car quickly but he also detailed the inside. From the Pepsi exploded Roof to the seats full of candy. Don't judge me I have kids :) needless to say I was very HAPPY!!!

affordable clean car

Was shopping around for a Honda at first and was referred to this place and found a really nice Infiniti G37 2012 for an affordable price. Owner was nice and negotiation went well.

Fixed my car great

Had my Charger reared ended, insurance wanted to total it, took it here and they fixed it for a great price, about 25% cheaper than the other prices I got from other auto shops. Im super pleased with the repair, it look good as new, I was pretty astonished with this being the first time I took a car into a body shop to be repaired. Insurance refused to pay for a loaner car, but Dallas Auto Mall provided one for free. Again, crazy astonishing. The service was good, was told it would be ready in a week but they got the job done in 6 days.

Great Body Work

Came here after I got into an accident and I was more than pleased with the work that was done on my car. The owner was very informative and kept me up to date on the status of my car through. I have used other chain body shops but none of them provided a service as good as Dallas Auto Mall. They did such a good job fixing my front end damage that I went back to have some custom work done on my grill.

Sorry Customer Service

No one ever got back with me about my request to speak to someone about a car I had an interest in. Finally just went somewhere else.
