Have a 2004 Silverado 2500HD Duramax Pickup 151K miles
Have a 2004 Silverado 2500HD Duramax Pickup 151K miles excellent condition. Would not start. Towed 30 miles to CHEVROLET dealer to receive quality service from certified mechanics. Without any human interaction, received text saying I needed to agree to $410 diagnostic fee and it probably had fuel bypassing the injectors. I called 3 times to inquire as to the nature of the problem, before I actually spoke to a human being. (he was on the phone with customers...I am a customer!) I asked did they look under the hood for leak in a hose or look at the computer error codes? NO. Was told diesel tech had 20 years experience. His diagnostic was wrong. Diagnostics reported FIMC control module. I was told they couldn't get the part. Check with Ebay or JUNK YARDS! Then told to come and get it. Really? I found the part without much investigation. Why couldn't they? I would not ever recommend this Dealership. Communication was terrible. I would never buy another Chevrolet product, and I am a sucker for preserving this beautiful piece of Americana over 20 years. They never said thank you for using this dealership etc until I got a text message expecting a positive review. Avoid this place, and find a good junkyard, part refurbisher, and mechanic.

Great experience. From the salesmen, to finance everyone was polite and helpful. The salesmen knew and showed all the features on the car. We had our young son with us and they were very considerate of him.

Don't go to Jay Hodge service dept!!!!!!
Had my truck towed there for diagnostic and to service it, and they charged me $700., told me it was fixed. I picked it up and the low oil pressure light came on 4 times with it saying shut engine down within 10 minutes. I called them and they would not return my call!!!!!!!
