Carlos Espinosa was one of the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was personable, funny and straight to the point. He was patient as I have never really bought a car from a dealership before. He walked me through the process and was understanding when I forgot my insurance card and waited until I was able to get it. Definitely ask for him directly if you ever go here! He will hook you up and not give you any extra B.S.

DCH Subaru was a joy to buy from. No game playing, No mark up. No add ons unless you want them! I would recommend anyone looking to buy a Subaru to start here first. Roger is a great salesman and world class guy, ask for him and he will take good care of you!

Blown Head Gasket
Sold me a used car with a blown head gasket. Upon learning that my wife were pregnant with our fifth child, I began saving money for a larger vehicle. Finally saved $5000 for a down payment and saw a great deal on a Pacifica on their lot. Purchased the car and took it home to my family. Four days later (77 miles driven) the check engine light came on. The code was for a misfire so I changed out the spark plugs and coils and reset the computer. A week later it was back. Took it to our mechanic and he diagnosed it with a blown head gasket. Coolant was leaking into the cylinder and triggering the misfire. This is a major repair that will cost over $4000. The mechanic’s opinion was that DCH was probably aware of this and simply cleared the check engine light. I have made several calls to the dealership without a response. They did immediately cash our deposit check after I left the first voicemail to the General Manager Amin Noori, now crickets. We’re now sharing my worktruck to get our four kids to school and myself to work. After checking out other reviews, this seems to be a common scenario with DCH. My advice, pay for the three day return option and have your vehicle inspected by a trusted mechanic to avoid ending up like us.

DCH Subaru sold.me a lemon. When I went back to the dealership with all the issues that was wrong with the car I was i they would not do anything to rectify the issue. I went to BBA on DCH Subraru and was informed by the BBA that DCH Subaru dis not respond to their request. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my enemy.

The company shipped a 2016 Town & Country with $1400 in repairs needed will not stand behind the sale less than 30 days when the damage was repaired at my out of pocket 100% sent no temp tag and has been almost 2 months and no license plates or temp tags. This was a sale for DCH Suburau who did the damage and shipped it with its faults.

Pleasant honest service personnel; were able to handle our dead battery problem whereas the Subaru dealer in Temecula advised it would take three hours and we might need to come back tomorrow.

The Service Department staff collaborates with you to determine the best and appropriate level of maintenance required. I have experienced a couple of times that I didn't actually need "as much" as I thought in order to keep my car running at optimal performance. The staff has been really good and I would like to give a shout out to Marvin who has been exceptional.
