Was really disappointed when I was honestly there to buy a car that day. While walking around trying to find the car I wanted nobody came to my aid. The... first time I went nobody came to help me out so I left. The second time it took them about half an hour for someone to come help me out. And it was not a pleasant experience it seemed like they we’re not eager at all to have a customer or energized that I was there to buy a car that day. Decided to go to another Subaru retailer. Not much selection and not very good sales people.
Absolutely liars and scam artists! Not only did my car take two days to do a recall but when picking my car up was greeted with absolutely attitudes! I... guess their mad they couldn’t talk me into trading my car in ! Total waste of time here! Then had the service manager flip me and my children off while driving away

We do acknowledge that the service manager did follow you out waving his arms after you gr...abbed your keys and ran without paying your bill for the diagnosis of the engine noise. (The recall was free of charge) We have, however, confirmed with witnesses that he did not flip you off. I again apologize you misread his gestures as you fled. Last month I was helping my son buy his first car. I started with the Costco buying program, which referred us to DCH Subaru in Riverside. Unfortunately,... the WRX was not part of the program, but they gave us a quote below invoice anyway. My son had his financian already in place through his credit union, so all we had to negotiate was the price. The no pressure sales experience was much appreciated. In the end, he bought exactly the WRX he wanted for a great price.

Called on a used Subaru Impreza and the salesperson answered all the questions on the phone. When I got to the dealership they had my car ready and clean.... Excellent customer service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a great used car or a new car.

Went in as a family to look for a used car for my son....had talked to Lyle the internet guy by email prior telling him exactly what we were looking for.... He said we have a bunch of car that fit your criteria. We went in and he ignores us and then says this salesman will help you. Salesman was very nice. All the cars he said were there not. Only one. So we test drove. After we waiting to talk to Lyle. He said I am busy maybe I can call you later? Really? He never did...

I got an internet quote on a new forester that was suspicously low. When I called to ask, they said the quote was all wrong but to make up for my trouble... they would cut me a good deal. The good deal was almost 1000 more than the best quote I had gotten elsewhere, so if course I said no. The people I talked with seemed polite, but I don't know whether the misquote was a mistake or a business practice.
