Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. They were extremely kind and helpful. Carlos was very direct and hilarious. Absolutely loved him. Joesalyn was very efficient!

I have had my 2021 Forester for one year.

I have had my 2021 Forester for one year. I have been to the service department twice now for a 6 month and one year check up. Both times the service personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. They completed all the work on time. The service waiting area is very comfortable. I am pleased to be using the Riverside DCH Subaru dealership.

Hiroshi was great from the start.

Hiroshi was great from the start. Very attentive and replied to text, email quickly. I’m in the service industry so I understand how important it is to feel valued. Hiroshi was truly wonderful and understood my schedule was hectic. Being a single mom I have little time and he was very accommodating. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. In person he was just as polite and kind. My daughter got to see my new a Forrester Sport for the first time and thought he was a super hero for delivering it! Thanks for being a blessing to us. Highly recommend your excellent service!!

The entire sales experience was professional and the processes in place to provide a streamlined customer experience. Jae in finance could not have been more knowledgeable or efficient! He suggested additional services in a professional presentation! I would buy another vehicle from this dealership group! George Chavez was my sales consultant and did a fantastic job in the entire sales process. I had a minor sales issue, he fixed it, kudos to George and the staff!

Paul was very helpful in keeping me posted about the

Paul was very helpful in keeping me posted about the findings found in my towed in Crosstrek. He sent me home and called with several updates with what was happening with my car. It needed a new battery and then explained because it was a hybrid the car had to relearn the electronic settings for the car. I really appreciated his keeping me updated and then sending a Lufthansa to bring me back to the dealership.

My specialty service was done in just about half the time

My specialty service was done in just about half the time quoted, and the results were quite good. I'm impressed with DCH Subaru auto service. The only downside of the visit was the fact that there was no car wash and no cupons to use at a local carwash.
