Love this dealership

This is the fourth car our family has bought from this dealership--two new Subarus and two used cars!! All doing fine. Sales are low pressure and friendly, service is excellent, follow-up perfect, and facilities are fantastic. They also have a drive-you-home and pick-you-up service.

Car detailing

Had some scratches repaired recently. I was not impressed!! Last time, i couldn't tell there were scratches. This time, it's VERY obvious that it wasn't correctly. VERY disappointed!!

Great service

We were traveling and our headlight was out. They got us right in that day, greeted us at our car, and found out the headlight was just a loose connection. They did 3 other bulbs that were out and replaced them. We were treated fairly and quickly, less than an hour. Thanks Mike K.

Good experience

We had purchased a car from this dealership location years ago and been very unhappy. Now under new ownership, and indeed with an entire new facility, the place is amazing and we had a great buying experience.. It also meant a lot to us to see their investment in energy efficiency and sustainability.

Was it Really Necessary

I have been doing some Research on my own to investigate IF MY 2003 Subaru, Legacy, Outback Really NEEDED to be brought in to the Dealership concerning the Passenger Side Airbag and my Research does Not Show that it was necessary for me to bring in my vehicle. So I'm asking you Why Then was I asked to bring the vehicle in for the recall?

4 trips in when it should have been 1 or 2

I bought my Subaru Outback at this location. Car was leaking oil Took it in. The valve work they did was done wrong. Had to take it in another day because the tech who originally did the work had to fix it. Then they wanted to change the oil - which I had been told last trip it was already change recently. Another trip because the same tech, again, had to change the oil. Then after the oil change, on the way home, the check engine light went on. Now I am looking at thousands in repairs. I am ready to jump ship. Don;t go here. Save your self from the frustration.

Scheduling glitch

Scheduled a 90,000 service last week for wednesday this week at the Subaru dealer in Corvallis, OR. Monday after 5pm they send an email that the 7:30am appointment is for Tuesday, not wednesday. Too late to call, I assume I made a mistake, rearrange my schedule. Show up at 7:15, am nonchalantly advised that the email system is a day off. The appointment is for wednesday after all. No openings on Tuesday. Advised to come back on Wednesday. Apparently this is a routine problem. Their complacency is irksome

They actually act like they like you.

I had to have my transmission replaced after a mishap at Kendall Subaru. Wary of their work after that, I took my car to Subaru of Corvallis. First of all, beautiful building. Secondly, no one gave me dirty looks, or acted like they could care less about my problems. They seemed like they genuinely wanted to make things right for me. The service writers were honest and actually listened to me. My repair got completed in a timely manner. They put lots of protective plastics in my car so it wouldn't get nasty. (Not all places do that). They gave me a very nice clean rental car for the day, even though it wasn't my car of choice, it was still nice. I will continue to bring my vehicle here even though it's a two hour drive one way for me. Way to go guys and gals.
