Warning. Good faith buyers beware.

I would stay away from this dealer. We were interested in a 2007 Sequoia that had been on the market for almost a month. Was priced at a value commiserate with no mechanical problems and minor cosmetic blemishes (Good Condition - Carfax value using actual VIN, mileage, service records, location, retail price). After discussing the vehicle with the sales rep and asking about any problems with it, we decided to have it inspected by a third party mechanic (at our expense of over $200) and dealer agreed to let us know if there was any other interest. Independent inspection came back with over 2k in mechanical repairs and deferred maintenance needed on the vehicle. We let them know that there were problems and that we would be prepared to make a lower offer based on the mechanical condition to cover the repairs, or if they wanted to cover the repairs at their cost (and provide proof that the work had been done), it would bring the value of the vehicle up their price and we would make them a cash offer. The rep said that our request was reasonable, and was going to check with his manager. A few hours later, the manager came back and said that there was interest all of a sudden from a potential buyer who had the vehicle inspected the prior week and was interested in paying full price. Dealer never disclosed that the car had been inspected or had an interested party in any prior conversations. When pushed, the manager (Manny) finally disclosed that multiple people had the vehicle inspected prior to us, knew that there was substantial repairs that needed to be done. None of this had been disclosed it to us. Had we known upfront, we would not have paid to have the vehicle inspected in good faith or wasted our time. Take your pick on whether you believe this was poor service, incompetence, or operating in bad faith. Here is the VIN In case you end up with this vehicle: 5TDZT38A07S287280. This is why used car dealers have a bad name.

Truck purchaser

Called in advance to make sure the exact truck we wanted was still available. Drove an hour to discover that the options listed online were completely wrong. Frustratingly rude treatment by staff about the significant error. I won’t go back.

Great inventory and superb service

The best car buying experience ever. Their low prices make it easy to walk away with a great deal without even haggling. I bought a great 2012 Tacoma 4X4 for under $20k. That was like $2k less than any other dealer I visited. Definitely will come back and I totally recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal in trucks. Fred the manager was the best to work with. ????

Good service

There was a lot of back and forth and some miscommunication. They're sales reps will work with you. That being said it was felt with well I paid what I felt was fair. Unlike the other review I called and was helped right away. I would go back if they had a vehicle I wanted.

I did not have a chance to interact with this dealership since there was no response to ly online inquiry. I know how busy things can be with real phone calls and people coming through the door, but if you lost yourself online best to be prepared for this new Avenue of communication.
