Working with Justin Drzal was a wonderful experience.

Working with Justin Drzal was a wonderful experience. Purchasing an automobile can be stressful and Justin was relaxed, kept me calm and informed. No crazy pressure. He was very patient with me and when I win Lotto I will be back to purchase my fleet of cars with him! In the meantime I will enjoy my new car and I am thankful for Justin's help. Great demeanor.

I HAD ASKED FOR (2) ISSUES TO BE DEALT WITH ON MY 2020

I HAD ASKED FOR (2) ISSUES TO BE DEALT WITH ON MY 2020 MAYBACH, ONE WAS A STAIN ON THE SEAT WHICH WAS FIXED, THE OTHER ISSUE I HAD ASKED TO PLS. BE RESOLVED BEFORE I PICKED UP THE CAR WAS THE "TPMS", BEFORE I CAME TO PICK UP CAR I HAD ASKED TONY IF THE ISSUES WERE RESOLVED AND HE SAID ABSOLUTLEY, THE "TPMS" ICON ON THE DASH BOARD WAS NO LONGER THERE, THE MINUTE I GOT INTO THE CAR AND STARTED IT THE "TMPS" ICON/WARNING APPEARED, TONY TOLD ME HE HAD FIXED IT AND IT WAS NOT ON ALL WEEK, AND SAID IT WILL GO AWAY AFTER DRIVING FOR AWHILE, WHILE DRIVING HOME A MESSAGE APPEARED THAT STATED NO "TPMS" BECASUE THE CAR HAD NO "TPMS" SENSORS WHICH MEANS TONY WAS NOT BE TRUTHFUL, SO I ASKED HIM TO SPLIT THE COST OF GETTING THE 'TPMS" WORKING AND HE HAD ASKED HIS GM AND THE GM STATED THAT SINCE THEY GAVE ME $3000 OF THE ASKING PRICE THE CANNOT DO ANYTHIN FURTHER, THE FACT THAT THERE WAS "UNTRUTHFULLNESS" INVOLVED HERE IS THE REAL PROBLEM NOT SO MUCH THE "TPMS" SENSORS, I THOUGHT I WAS BEING MORE THAN FAIR IN SPLITTING THE COST

I had a good experience.

I had a good experience. Overall Felipe was straightforward. The finance department was straightforward. No games. They’re not try to hassle me It was straightforward. I spent more time waiting for my car to be washed and cleaned up then doing the paperwork paperwork was fast quick and easy. These guys know what they’re doing.

Andy was helpful and responsive.

Andy was helpful and responsive. I paid a fair price for a good car. The one annoying thing is I delayed pickup of the vehicle so they could do some paint touch-ups, and when I came to pick it up, they hadn’t done all the ones we agreed on. This meant I had to come back, and I live an hour + away - an inconvenience. Still, overall it was a positive experience.

people there willingly and knowingly sold me a truck that had transmission problems. ultimately my fault for not noticing it but wont ever buy one from there again.

When I arrived to inspect the car it was everything they said it was. They didn't exaggerate or "stretch" the truth about it. I came up from Florida to NJ to get the car and it was worth it.
