Sold a car that did not run the minute it got off the delivery truck. They had a transport company that couldnt take it off the bed and scratched the whole bottom of the bumper. Car kept saying overheating within 2 minutes of starting the vehicle and ultimately needed a new water pump and gasket replacement. $5,000 later the vehicle is now driveable. Will never work with this dealer or ownership again. Though our sales associate was the kindest and did his best to resolve the issues and felt badly it was the management that is horrid to even try. to work with. That what you get for working with kids who have a tiktok dealership.

Basir is the most professional person at the dealership!! After weeks of back and forth with my saleswoman, he got all of the wheels painted like brand new and made me a satisfied customer. Deal finally closed after a month. I think that they need better sales people at this dealership. They have some really beautiful cars, better cars than the actual new car dealers but the salespeople are obviously not paid on commission because there is no follow up, no hustle. I should not have to call to see if the car is back from being fixed! Everything that I learned about the car was from a salesman at an actual Audi dealership prior to coming here, otherwise I wouldn't have know how to even turn it on as I was just given the keys to go for a solo ride in the hood. Overall, J&S sold me a beautiful preowned car that was like brand new and I am very happy and would totally buy from here again.
