Won’t refund deposit

Put a deposit on a new Tacoma. Never came in. Found another truck at another dealership. Emailed the sales manager requesting a refund at least 3 times. Never got any reply. Purchased 2 vehicles from them in the past, but never again. Ended up getting a better deal in Athens.
