Dealt with Robert on the purchase of a 2012 F-150.

Dealt with Robert on the purchase of a 2012 F-150. Robert was a likeable and professional individual. He was responsive and worked with my wife and I until we found exactly what we were easy to work with. No pressure and I will definitely be back. The entire crew was pleasant.

Terrible customer service!

I was looking for something for my grandson (cheap) and I

I was looking for something for my grandson (cheap) and I saw the 1999 f250 which caught MY attention. It looked beautiful to me and when called about it… I was too late. So still looking for him because he is driving my F150 to Shelton until he finds a ride. At least he’s got job.? The sales lady got back to pretty quick and said if I needed any more help please give her a call.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a car and they had to replace the battery. Everything worked perfectly on my test drive but after they replaced the battery I have been having electrical problems before I even left the lot. Their mechanic looked at it and said to give them a call if the problems continue. I haven't heard from them after multiple calls. I have no use of passenger window switch anymore. I can't use the touchscreen system that is needed for use of the climate control. I can't use Bluetooth as it stops working 1 or 2 days after disconnecting the battery. I have had to replace the same coil pack 2 times in less then 600 miles. If they would fix the problems that happened after the battery was replaced I would be fine. But they will not get back to me or the manager is not available

Tyler was great working worth it, no pressure to buy.

Tyler was great working worth it, no pressure to buy. Drove my new truck 3 days in a row before purchasing it. No pressure each time, had some issues and concerns. They addressed most issues I pointed out. Was able to make a deal on the truck I was happy with paying. I am a mechanic by trade, I looked this over before buying. There are cars/trucks at 507 that are cheap beaters and priced accordingly, but not much different from what i seen driving down Tacoma way and pac ave. They also have a good selection of nice cars, it’s a big used car lot. Just look over your vehicle you want, they will even let you Bring it to a mechanic to look it over. 507 is worth a Shot to at look see what they have!

Awesome!!!

Great customer service! Tyler and Robert were easy to work with and put absolutely no pressure on us. The vehicles there range greatly in price and condition but they always allow for pre-purchase inspections with your own mechanic. That was really nice and we were able to get my daughter into a car that was safe and reliable. Tyler went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best rates and were %100 confident in our choice of vehicle. We have had the car for several months now and will definitely be going back there for our sons car when he's ready. Thank you everyone at 507 for making the experience less stressful and a big thank you to Tyler and Robert! You guys are the best!!
