Easy, no hassle, no pressure, no tricks experience

Ordered new car on-line, picking all the options I wanted. Called the dealership and double checked everything was correct, gave them a small refundable amount to hold the car. They gave me a date when it should be in transit to the dealership. Salesperson gave me weekly updates and the car showed up a few days early, we came to an agreement on sales price and trade-in amount and I stopped by to sign the papers. Easy, no hassle, no pressure, no usual salesperson tricks experience!

Repairing window

I believe the dealership is trying to make the necessary repairs, but it just isn't working. We have a Subaru Outback. The driver side window will go down and will be difficult to get it back up. We have taken it in on several occasions for the same problem. At first it was only happening when it was cold or wet outside, then began doing it at any random time. Had it repaired again recently and is already not working properly. This is very frustrating.
