I had my 4Runner in for service at El Cajon Toyota and had excellent service. Dennis , the service manager, was excellent and very informative. Overall, it was an exceptionally positive experience.

I had my 4 Runner in for service. Alex Villa was my assistant service manager. His customer service skills and knowledge of what service needed immediate attention and which ones could wait was very helpful. I appreciate his honesty

Erick my service man has been excellent at all the service he has provided me with my old Camry and my brand new Camry! Michael has also been incredibly helpful and responsive for my Camry needs and questions!

Dropped my truck off for scheduled maintenance. Aaron was my service advisor. Couldn't have asked for a better advisor. Kept me updated the entire time. Will definitely request him next time.
