Terrible experience from start to finish
We bought a used car over Labor Day weekend. We test drove three cars, settled on one within an hour of being there. We then waited, and waited, and waited. 5 hours later we went home with our new car. A month later we got a call and they had forgotten to do emissions. We drove for weeks on expired plates, told us to do the emissions ourselves and never reimbursed us for it. Told us they wouldn’t do that. We love our car but absolutely would never return based on our experience. We talked to managers and they didn’t care. Really disappointing all the way around.

I utilize this dealer for all of my vehicle needs. My 2018 Camaro ZL1 1LE I have serviced at this GMC dealer. My businesses have also purchased $140k with of GMC trucks and have never been more please, satisfied and felt appreciated. I pass the word on my experiences everywhere I go. If I ever change up hot rods for like the cadillac CTSV or the new ZO6 Corvette mid-engine when it comes out, I’ll repurchasing it through this dealer. Clay Lyon, Mike Magerus. Mike Matthews, and Steve Pace are the best!!! Oh Brian and Nathan in service are top notch as well!!!

Unsatisfied - poor customer service
3 months I went in to Jerry Seiner to purchase a new vehicle. I met and was working with Jess who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in so I thought I was in good hands. I put money down and had the vehicle custom ordered. I understand it takes time to have it and built and ship I waited 3 months and not one call from the sale team at jerry seiner. I would call and be told they would get back to me tomorrow but no call came the next day. Finally I went in to see what was going on. I asked to speak to Salesman I had been working with and they told me he had moved to management and was not available to work with me. They passed me onto a new sales associate who said my file was passed to him. He had no clue what my order was and was asking questions as if I was a new customer. (I had already placed an order, put money down and been waiting for my new vehicle.) I understand ordered a new vehicle takes time. 6-8 weeks that isn’t the problem. The problem was the lack of customer service and follow through. When I told the sales associate that I thought it was best if I took my business somewhere else, he said ok. I truly do not believe in writing bad reviews so I decided to write an honest one

Searched diligently to find me the right car
They searched high and low to find me the right vehicle. Very responsive and easy to work with. Didn’t end up buying as I found my unicorn truck elsewhere however they were great help as I searched around. Specifically Logan!

Excellent Customer Care
I purchased my first brand new car! I've owned an Enclave in the past, but traded it in on another vehicle. Since then I've regretted my choice and decided it was time to go back. I was ecstatic when I discovered that I could buy new for the same price as used with current rebates and incentives, and Jason went above and beyond to take care of us. When the color we wanted wasn't on the lot, he hunted one down for us. Financing worked to our trade-in value where we needed it to be, and when a crack appeared in our windshield on the way home, they offered to replace it. I feel that they went above and beyond.

Great experience, and helpful delivery
My wife and I worked with an awesome salesman Steven Gallo. He was quick to communicate with us during the entire remote buying process. Following the purchase agreement, Steven delivered the truck to our home 5 hours away and completed all necessary paperwork. Steven was excellent to work with and I would highly recommend reaching out to him to help with your car buying needs.

Worst Buying Experiance Ever
I got a salesman who was so slow that he couldn't figure out how to help me get a vehicle. I was also told you can't put a hold on a vehicle not even with a credit card down pmt. I had a horrible service with a service manager who told me to shove my business then the general manager told me to shove my business. The reason for this is that I told them how horrible their service was and how unpleased I was and I wouldn't recommend anyone buying from them. They have sneaky practices to get you discounts that cost the customer more money. Do your self a favor and just keep driving past This dealership unless you want to be personally attacked for doing nothing but wanting to buy a vehicle.
