Stop selling cars start selling popcorn at a circus!

Stop selling cars start selling popcorn at a circus! Get these guys on the record for everything they say like I did. They practice deception to their customers. Have someone go over the paperwork, msgs, emails, and vehicle because they seem to not understand basic consumer laws. I dont have enough space or time to detail the long list of clear issues. If they dont engage in fairness let them know they have to fix the mistakes because if not, they will be held legally for it! Thats a promise I can keep! Record everything!

My truck had an oil leak and a check engine light that

My truck had an oil leak and a check engine light that cost me over $2K to fix they were ZERO help. Also the truck's license plate never came and when I called to inquire there response to me was "go to DMV" I'll never do business here again.

Very unprofessional

Purchased a car here 3/25/22 in cash, still have not received my title that is legally supposed to get to me in 15 days or less, keep getting the run around that it was mailed out this day, then that day and still hasnt came, super shady and suspicious. so i guess buy a car here if you like driving with dealer plates and not getting your title, will be contacting a lawyer that specializes in these

Buying daughters first car

My daughter has been going to college and saving for her 1st car. After countless days of researching she stumbled upon Regency USA with a car she liked. After the initial phone call to RICHARD, we felt extremely comfortable to drive 44 miles to see the car. When we arrived there was no pressure, he treated the entire family in a friendly way. Buying a car during covid-19, is a new experience for everyone. Richard and the other members of the staff were completely understanding. Highly recommend to give this dealership a call
