We bought a 2026 Rock Creek Rogue from Codie Adkins.

We bought a 2026 Rock Creek Rogue from Codie Adkins. Both are great! We traded in our eight-year old Rogue and are looking forward to the same quality in our new one. Codie was very personable and professional, as well as patient in helping us navigate all the new whistles and bells. And he made a follow-up call to see if he could be of any further assistance. We dropped off our Kicks to have the tires rotated and a

We dropped off our Kicks to have the tires rotated and a piece of molding reattached the following day. We were told it would be worked in early. At 11am I called and was informed that people waiting in their cars came first and we should be in by noon. We weren’t told that was the procedure and that we could be pushed back so far. It wasn’t attended to until about 230 pm and the tech measured the tires and said they didn’t need rotation but we were still charged for it. I got a video of the service after getting home and found they hadn’t been rotated and when I called because I would have to come to the dealer to get a refund. At approximately 50 miles away I declined and she offered to make a note and the next time we came in they would do it for free. I pointed out it wasn’t for free I had already paid and I wanted the tires rotated to make them wear evenly. I’m not impressed with their customer service on this visit

Great costumer service!

Great costumer service! Brandy was so easy to work with!! Will definitely be coming back! Went to three different shops and they could not figure out the problem with my versa! Moses Nissan figured out the problem in an hour or less!!
