I had my 2021 Nissan Kicks in for routine service. The appointment was easily scheduled online. When I arrived the staff verified the work I wanted completed. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The work was completed timely and I was on my way. The new building in very nice.

After a three week long process of trying to find a vehicle that met my very specific needs, it concluded with a very fair price negotiation for my purchase and reasonable value for my trade. Chris stuck with me the entire time and communicated on a daily basis. I’ve had tons of car buying experiences and this might be the most respected and valued that I have felt throughout any process. Aric is the most awesomeness person. He also showed me around the new store, introduced me to the service department, which was an amazing visit. All employees were so accommodating, polite, and smiling. I seen a few things, I felt was missing within the new store, but life goes on.

We had our hearts set on a Chevy Trax. We waited a month and it never came in. Ben, our salesman was wonderful and helping us find what we wanted/needed based on specifications we wanted in the vehicle. I highly recommend him as a salesman.
