    purchased a new vehicle here. The sales people were very nice and hustled to get the cars I wanted to look at. It was a very easy process and I was in... and out in about 90 mins the day I was ready to purchase. Their service dept was also super fast when I took the car in for it's first scheduled service and addressed the issues that I brought up quickly.

    This dealer does not advertise the correct price, expect to pay approximately $2000 more than what they advertise. They will charge you re-furnishing... fees on their used cars that they don’t mention. When I asked if they would give me the price they advertised they said they couldn’t and it looks like”this might not be the right car for me.” This is a complete lack of integrity to me.

    Was supposed to buy a 2016 Kia Optima. The price was $10,998 online. I’m in Ohio looking to buy it for my wife in vet. I get the paperwork, and the selling... price is $12,293. Plus, I put $2,000 down. They tried charging me stuff I didn’t want, and claimed the extra money was disclosed to me. It wasn’t. The sales person Micheal never said a word about extra fees I was than told it was in fine print online. I said, I still didn’t want anything extra, plus I put $2,000 down. I had to explain to the finance person you can’t finance and charge me interest on the price of the car before taking out down payment. He said, yes I can. I told him, ok, we’re done , this isn’t happening, give me my down payment back. And, I’m going to charge you an extra $500. He said, you can’t do that. I said, yes I can.... click

    I had been researching Mazda CX5s for a few weeks at the end of the year and interacted with all the Las Vegas dealerships both online and in person. ... When I inquired about a vehicle online at CardinaleWay Mazda, a sales manager named Joe reached out and answered my questions professionally and respectfully and presented me with fair pricing., but further negotiations needed to take place face-to-face. When I went down to the dealership in person, I worked with Allan who exhibited excellent customer service, a friendly and humorous personality, and impressive knowledge of the CX-5 that came through during the vehicle walk-around. Allan went out of his way to brief my son and I on all the vehicle's features and ensure we had a fulfilling and thorough test drive. He went above and beyond by taking the vehicle into the shop under the lights so we could inspect the vehicle more completely. We returned to the dealership with my wife (it's her car) the next day to finish the paperwork. Allan took the time to perform another walk-around for my wife and orientate her to all the features of the vehicle and invited her to come back in a couple of weeks for additional instruction if necessary. By not overwhelming my wife with all the feature information at once, she left the dealership feeling comfortable and confident in driving her new car.     Beware, The price on the windshield, doesn't not mean the price of the car!!!! Went to the dealership to look at a VW which had big bold numbers on... the windshield of $11, 850. Test drove the car then went in for the paperwork. The dealer then brought out a paper that he had written up and there was an additional $2,290.00 added to the price of the car. This was not for taxes, doc fees or registration, but for these items.$310 tint , $ 95 wheel locks, $395 shawdowmark, $1295 reconditioning. $2,290.00 all of which are already on the car that has the $11,850. price. This dealership deliberately misrepresented the cost of the car! I am going to report this to the BBB and every single place that I can. Beware consumers! Update: I was contacted by Mr Parry today, which did not go well. They are still not willing to honor the price instead made this excuse " An hourly employee made a mistake with the price on the car" while shifting from honoring the price to blaming an employee seems to make it all better, it does not! Resolving the issue is not blaming someone ie, an employee, my husband or myself. Update. The response from the dealer is absolutely ridiculous! The price was accurately displayed, however they will not honor it. And which quote was accurate? The first one or the second? If the dealer was responsible they would honor the price on the sticker! If I could add the photos of the car and the paperwork I would. I did on Yelp, and other sites.
