Work done on the vehicle took way longer than expected.

Work done on the vehicle took way longer than expected. I was told at first that the mechanic called in sick. I don't know why another technician couldn't finish the job.

Tammy and the crew kept us informed of the service work

Tammy and the crew kept us informed of the service work and timeline. It took time for all the parts to arrive, but once the parts arrived they stayed on task and finished the work. the video and pictures were a nice addition to the service work. I appreciated the shuttle service. Shout out to John my driver both times. Bruce

I sat three and a half hours for what was supposed to

I sat three and a half hours for what was supposed to hour and a half. No coffee for customers? No drivers? My remote STILL doesn't work too. No way tech didn't know remote start didn't work. If service like this, no way am I buying a new all wheel at Scranton!

The only place I bring my vehicles for repairs and service. When my transmission went bad at 100,000 miles, I did not even shop around. Scranton Chevrolet always has more than fair pricing with impeccable service!
