It was a long road of issues, but Kevin went over and above to resolve what he could. There are some things I feel should/could have been addressed prior to the purchase of the vehicle, but that is water under the bridge now. The staff was always professional, courteous and helpful.

Called Matt with concerns on a Corvette I purchased.

Called Matt with concerns on a Corvette I purchased. Matt got back to me and had the service writer, Kevin pull the records and got back to me. He explained everything and I was very satisfied with the explanation. I was a mechanic for years but the newer electronics is intimidating. Excellent customer service.

I sat three and a half hours for what was supposed to

I sat three and a half hours for what was supposed to hour and a half. No coffee for customers? No drivers? My remote STILL doesn't work too. No way tech didn't know remote start didn't work. If service like this, no way am I buying a new all wheel at Scranton!

I cannot recommend this dealership enough. From start to finish, the team at this dealership went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my car buying experience. They worked tirelessly to rectify a situation that was not even the dealership's fault and made sure that I was taken care of every step of the way. After months of frustration trying to get help from GMC, Kevin and Domenic stepped in and helped me find the perfect vehicle for my needs. Their advocacy and communication skills were unmatched, and I am so grateful for all of their hard work. The rest of the team, including Matt and Kamilla, were equally as amazing. Matt helped me process the find of the perfect vehicle, and Kamilla made the finance process a breeze. Every step of the way, I was treated with respect and professionalism, and the transaction was smooth and seamless. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful and safe vehicle for my family, all thanks to the incredible team at this dealership. Scranton Chevrolet has continued to provide Mohegan Sun with excellent service The majority of the vehicles that I bring them are in high demand so it is key getting them serviced and back in rotation

The problem with the truck was not fixed.

The problem with the truck was not fixed. I spent thousands on this problem and the truck still stalls. If the technician could not the problem they should of told me.
