I have had to bring my car in 4 times this year and have spent almost $8000. This is just the last year. My car is a 2019 and I am pretty sure that I have spent at least another $8000 over that time. This car is always messing up and cost SO MUCH MONEY to fix. This time the shop had my car for over a week. They supposedly didn't have the part (another sign that something weird is always wrong with my car that they don't even have a part for). Once the part finally gets there, then my car is just in a backup for another like 4 or 5 days.

My recent and continuing service with the entire customer
My recent and continuing service with the entire customer team has been excellent. They week ways to provide additional customer satisfaction. Gary Michael in sales is not listed in customer sales. He was instrumental in rescuing a very unhappy customer. He saw that my original representative Erik Espinoza was not handling my questions well and proceeded to not only answering my inquiries but showed me alternative selections to include test drives making a cogent decision easier for me.

Kari is the absolute best! She got my car in on a last-minute Saturday appointment and had everything taken care of faster than I imagined. On top of that, she welcomed me like an old friend, showing me around since it was my first time there. Truly one of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve ever met!

I have owned a Volkswagen for ten years. The experience has been smooth. That changed when I did a trade in, at Clay Cooley Volkswagen. The process and communication has been more of a miss than hit. I’ve been given the runaround regarding the payoff, for my trade in, causing me to get a missed payment, on my credit report. Ten years and I’ve NEVER had a missed car payment, until now. I truly hope that this issue gets fixed sooner than later.

There was very little conversation about add-ons, which is good because it doesn't add a lot of value. The whole experience was perfect. We arrived and did a test drive; the car was exactly as described, with very low mileage, and our sales rep, Gary Michael, was great to work with and made the process easy.
