Too much to explain, just say I had the vehicle a month

Too much to explain, just say I had the vehicle a month before doing the deal. Billy Smith, KB and Mike Peace left my account for another group of salesmen and financial person to finish the deal and I am assuming they took my 4500.00 down payment, you would not have known we had the car until we inquired about the amount and the loan people to pay. Poor service wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

Excellent experience with Service Consultant, Kari Hill ,

Excellent experience with Service Consultant, Kari Hill , who was responsive to my needs. She kept me apprised as to the status of the work performed on my vehicle. Upon completion she went over the work done and had a recommendation as to what may be needed in the future.
