My experience here I feel has to be shared. Me Being a critical individual gotta say 1st , is the compassion. , empathy and flexibility by Gary is the exact reason used car dealerships exist (this place deserves to flourish) if karma is real then I have no doubt it will. Let me add that the fact I found a couple problems with a 20 year old vehicle tha I purchased 2 weeks ago and my wait consisted of time it took for parts to be delivered. Followed up by what I witnessed from their onsite Master mechanic Larry (who I can tell you will be only mechanic I’ll use from here on out)I expected a day or two but before I could sit to wait or call a ride share.The mechanic fixed my issue before I finished with a phone call that I started once he pulled it in. Complete pro with again all around class and knows what he’s doing . So forgive my novel but wanted to express what is too bad all car dealerships don’t operate the way Gary who sells cars and the Master mechanic Larry !! I appreciate what was an experience I NEVER ANTICIPATED happening with buying A used car

Horrible!!
horrible experience!! They sold us a lemon!! i had to put the same amount of money in repairs to try and fix the car! still stalls out randomly. When I confronted them about no way this car should have passed inspection they agreed to fix it but didn’t really. Had to finally give up and get my son another. The car was NOT safe, they knew it and didn’t care!!!!

Liars!
I purchased a used GMC Yukon Denali in May of 2018. When I test drove the Yukon, I noticed a slight shake to the ride on the highway. The Salesman/business owner Bruce, said he would take care of the problem as he expected it needed an alignment. I also pointed out that the dashboard was cracked. He said he "had a guy" who could fix that and it would be like new. The vehicle was advertised as having remote start which was a standard factory feature. I took delivery of the vehicle almost a week later. I inspected the dashboard and noticed a repair had been made, although it was not like new. I was not able to drive the vehicle much for the first week I owned it. I first tested the remote start about a week after I took delivery. I immediately notified Michelle that the remote start did not work. We went over some troubleshooting to no avail. I was also able to speak with Bruce who said he "had a guy" for that too and he believed it needed a new remote. I also told them the vehicle was still shaking on the highway a bit and that it idled a little rough. Bruce said he could take a look at that too. He went on to say that he would call me back to make an appointment. Between May and January I called Priority Preowned several times with varying results. Sometimes they would not answer. I would sometimes leave a detailed message requesting a call back. Sometimes I would speak with Michelle or Bruce's partner who would keep telling me that Bruce would call me back and that they would take care of my problem. They have even asked me to call a man named adam who never returned my calls. Michelle has also told me to call car keys express who told me that payment needs to be authorized before they will make an appointment. Michelle and Bruce's partner have both told me that they will fix my vehicle end even told me that they would have an extra key made for me to make up for my aggravation, but I have still not been able to make an appointment. it is worth noting that I have since taken the vehicle to my mechanic who has been able to fix the shaking at m y expense. The dash board now looks worse than it was when I before I bought the Yukon and a power running board motor broke after I owned the vehicle for 2 months. Don't give your money to these guys.

Great 2007 Suburban
From start to finish, Bruce gave me excellent information. I bought the vehicle. Before I picked it up, there were some issues. They resolved them with no expense to me! Great service, great knowledge, a pleasure to deal with!

Bought a Honda civic
This is the first time I purchased a vehicle without the help of my husband or father. I can’t believe how smooth and easy it was with priority. This was the BEST experience I’ve had from the second I emailed them until the moment the car was delivered to my driveway registered with a sticker, car wash, and a full tank of gas! A full tank of gas what car dealer does that! Rich, Bruce, and Michelle are all so easy to deal with! Thank you guys!!!

Easiest car buying experience yet!
I've bought many cars over the years and this was the smoothest experience yet! I bought a beautiful Range Rover that they purchased in Florida and shipped up to Massachusetts. Bruce and Rich were so helpful they delivered the car to my house washed and full of gas! This was the first of many cars we will buy from them I'm sure!

LOVE PRIORITY PRE-OWNED!
I'm a female customer, and I went by myself to at least 8 used car dealerships over 2 months and was given the complete run around by most of them except Priority Preowned. Everyone was so great there. So professional, respectful and accommodating. Good communication. Cars are super clean and well maintained. Bruce was awesome and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with everything. Richie was such a nice guy and did all the running around at the Registry, and Michelle in the office is a sweetheart. I got exactly the car I wanted and everyone thinks its brand new its in such good shape. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, they have higher standards than most dealerships and they make sure you're leaving there completely happy.
