I’ve bought new Toyotas from this dealership since 2004. They’ve provided excellent service, enduring their reliability and prolonging their usable lifespan. My 2004 Prius lasted 18 years and gave me terrific gas mileage for all of them. I now have a 2nd-hand Prius and a new 2022 Sienna. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to keep them in tip top shape.

On May 6th, I purchased a 2026 Corolla SE at Waldorf Toyota. I traded in my 2021 Dodge Charger. From the moment I got there all the way up to the end of the process.I received excellent, courteous and friendly service from the staff especially Frank McGeady. He is my salesman. This is my second time purchasing a Toyota from this dealership. I will definitely use them in the future.

Marjorie was a wonderful technician She kept me informed anout my Highlander. The mechanic was named Jorge. They did a video of the problem. It was very helpful in solving my problem.

Another amazing experience with used sales at Waldorf Toyota. Salesman Tre took care of me from start to finish. I was greeted as soon as I stepped on the lot. I had my mind set on a particular car with specific features. I was frustrated because they did not have it. However, Tre showed me another vehicle that had everything I wanted and then some. He was very knowledgeable and even spoke wisdom to me as I told him about a recent experience with my last vehicle. Let's just say a time was had. It was like hanging with a friend. I didnt feel hassled or pressured to purchase. However, after the test drive I was sold. Waldor Toyota has an amazing team and a gem with Tre!!

I arrived shortly before my 10:30 appointment time. Around 2pm I inquired about how much longer I needed to wait. I was informed that the person taking my order, Lamont, was at lunch. When I voiced my displeasure my car was made available in less than 10 minutes. The customer representative needs instructions on customer service. His lack of attention to my service in unacceptable. Claudia Jones
