A pleasure buying a vehicle

The best place to buy a used vehicle, bar none , no pressure, no doc fees, nice people, salesman was Patrick, I got the car I wanted for the Price I thought was fair made car buying seamless, I will shop with them for all my vehicles first.

Great deals here nice staff

Very nice staff . Josh does a great job there. Good prices on trucks. I would buy there. I didnt buy there this time. I bought my neighbors 4x4. But when I buy my next one I will visit parkway first..keep up offering the good deals guys.

Where you should buy a car

I learned several years ago that WHERE you buy a car is just as important as the car you buy. I have purchased my last three vehicles from Andrew and his team at Parkway, and I have no plans to shop anywhere else. They have a very nice selection of vehicles, and it seems like they get something new every week. This business is operated with honesty and integrity. They don’t play the used car “games .” They will provide information about the vehicle, let you have a test drive, and let you make your OWN decision about purchasing. No pressure - just good customer service. You will go in as a customer and leave as a friend. Highly recommended.

Shady business practices

He said he's going to add the TVA Gap Force he didn't he said he was going to give us a warranty for 730 something dollars he didn't it ended up costing $3, 000 added to a loan that we didn't approve so he lied he did make it right in the end boats the only because we have the paperwork to prove that he lied to us and still denied trying to screw us set up a misunderstanding

In response to this review Parkway Auto Sales would like for the cars.com customers to understand the facts as it pertains to this deal. We never want any customer to leave our dealership unless they are 100 % satisfied with our product and services. However that is not always the case. As far as this transaction goes it is a fact that everything was disclosed to the customer before they signed any paperwork. This customer signed all the documents on Saturday and did not contact us until the following week to say they had an issue with the numbers. We understand buying a car can be confusing but we in no way attempted to do anything other than do what the customer asked us to do. On Monday when they called they accused us of selling them a warranty and not disclosing the correct price. We knew that was a false statement and they had already signed a binding contract. We also know that people get confused and sometime misunderstand something that was clearly explained to them. We wanted to give this customer the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was a misunderstanding. Please keep in mind we had no obligation to do anything but we decided to attempt to satisfy this customer. So we first told the customer we would cancel the warranty and refund the full amount of the warranty if that would resolve the issue. They said that wouldn't work because they still wanted the warranty. They just didn't want to pay for it. At this point we agreed to just give them a warranty if that would make them happy! So we wrote a check to the Credit Union for the full refund on the warranty they purchased. That was for $1895.00 not $3000.0 as stated by the customer. Then we turned around at our expense and purchased them the same $1895.00 warranty and gave it to them at no expense to them. We asked them if this would resolve any issues and make them happy. They said yes and we took the loss and moved forward. You can understand our surprise when we saw their rating on cars.com. We do however understand that there will always be customers that wish to cause damage to your reputation no matter how hard you practice good customer service. As I stated in the start of this response it is our desire that everybody that chooses to do business with Parkway Auto sales is 100% satisfied with our goods and services. After looking and relooking at this deal we can't see any way to have been fairer to this customer. We still regret they feel as they do and wish them the best in all future endeavors.

Great palce to buy used car

Like to thank Andrew and his team for making a great car purchase experience for my niece a few days ago, she was jacked around with a couple of the new car dealerships around town and was over it. I took her to Parkway Auto’s and she got what she wanted with Andrew at Parkway Auto’s, he sat her down and explained how the whole process worked. He didn’t have the vehicle she wanted but he found one for her, he worked hard for his customer. After he found it for her he dispatched his team to go after it, the next day it arrived! The process is quite remarkable, after the car arrives it goes to his mechanic for a check to make sure there’s not a problem with it; every vehicle goes through that process. I have bought 2 vehicles from him and have not one single problem with them, keep up general maintenance they will last. I really like how he shared the process with her and myself, very transparent; she is 21 and this has been a great first-time car purchase experience for her, he took her step by step through the whole process. Now she is a proud owner of a 2017 Jeep Renegade and tickled to death with her new vehicle. If you are in the market for a vehicle, check out Parkway Autos on 25-E in Morristown, TN.
