My sales person, Rainey Horton, was extremely competent and knowledgeable regarding the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I had researched the Mitsubishi Outlander on their website and was pleased with the results of the test drive. There seemed to be a good variety of new Mitsubishis available for sale. The finance and closing was streamlined and easy to complete in record time, compared to my previous car purchase.

My sales person, Rainey Horton, was extremely competent and knowledgeable regarding the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Disappointing
Someone broke into the dealership at night and broke my 2022 Mitsubishi outlander windows, while my car was sitting there waiting to be fixed over

Disappointing
I took my car in Thursday to get a diagnostics done that I had already been charged for. I was told that they had a shuttle service so I did not set up a ride home. My appointment was at 3, apparently the shuttle service only runs to 3 so at 3:10 I was out of luck and needed to figure out my own way home. After the diagnostics on Thursday, the service team was going to take the car over to collisions to have the bumper replaced (that too I had already paid for). I called the following Tuesday to see if the car was ready for pickup since collisions estimated about a 3 day turnaround just to find out that it had never made it to collisions. Apparently the diagnostics went into Friday and the mechanic working on it was in training to the entire next week and left the car non-functional. I requested an escalation to the service director and after 30 minutes on hold I was sent back to the service manager, whom said that they could reimburse for my Uber and look into getting me a loaner vehicle, he promised a call back in 15 minutes. I followed up with another call this morning and was told the service manager would not be in until noon but would be calling me shortly after his arrival. That call never happened. I always thought that taking your car to the dealership might cost a bit more, but you were getting what you paid for in customer service and quality of work, so far my experiences here have been expensive, not customer friendly and poor quality. During one of my earlier 2 hours services that came up short, I looked at some of their used cars and couldn't believe that they have cars over 3 years old with over 50k miles on them that they have priced over original MSRP.

When I got there at 7:50 am for the appt at 8am there was no one at the shop. I would have thought if they want us there the maybe they should have someone there to greet us and get us sighed in. I was also told that my car needed an oil change and with the 20 point check it would also be free. when I walked back in and was told there would be a charge for the oil change I was a little, (a LOT) mad. What could I do? The change had already been done. I am now wondering if your Male employees treat guests like that. So NO I won't be sending anyone your way.

Horrible experience
Horrible horrible experience. Do not go there. I’ve purchased a new car elsewhere and was treated so nice and everything was explained without hiding anything and no game playing. If you like games go to Quebedeaux Mitsubishi on Speedway. This is a car my son saved up for and the rest we financed (I am single mom). The salesman said the front tires would be changed because they were worn, dry and obviously cracking. He also said the car would be thoroughly inspected and cleaned. when we came back the next day the tires weren’t changed. Car wasn’t even washed (totally ok, just a car wash) . They said they measured them and they were within the safety limits. Truly the salesman was surprised but his boss came out was a total d_ _ k . And the salesman retrieved into being a chicken s_ _ t. We will be buying 2 new tires. Had to return to have financing adjust the cost even the salesman (who hid behind his boss on the tire issue) said they screwed up. they did not give us a $1500.00 credit. After much time and discussion They did fix that. The person who originally did the financing offers no name, no business card. Went over the warranty (yes we purchased a warranty that we can cancel at any time) and gave nothing but a piece of paper. OK . Night 1 my son drove to and from work and the brakes starting squealing. Did not squeal during test drive. So I called a Toyota repair shop and they said the diagnostic would cost $110.00. I asked if the brakes were covered and they did not know. Said to call the Financing person and ask them what is covered because our finance guy Albert did not give us a list of what is covered, only read it out loud for 2 minutes. My bad. I had such a good experience when I bought my car and did not walk away unknowing. Left message for him, no call back. back. P S: while we were there a woman came in and said her AC went out after driving the car off the lot. They said “it was working when you test drove it” and basically asked her to leave.

Hyundai Elantra
The salesperson, EJ, was very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the Hyundai Elantra; he was also friendly and helpful during the entire negotiation. I did not intend to buy a vehicle that day, but EJ showed the vehicle that I wanted at the price that I was willing to pay. I left the dealership as a satisfied customer.

We purchased a pre-owned car for our daughter and the process couldn't have been more enjoyable. Joe Gonzales and Pat Russo were amazing to work with. The process was a partnership not the typical "used car salesman" pitch. They did an great job asking her questions to help figure out what she wanted in a car, provided several options for her to choose from, and best of all stayed within budget. As parents we feel very comfortable knowing that we were offered the best car to make sure she's safe on the road and in a very reliable vehicle. Thank you Joe and Pat for caring about the experience for a teenager getting to pick out their first car!
