Great Dealership!!

Best auto purchasing experience I've ever had! No pressure, no stress and honest. I got exactly what I wanted in a truck, great price and interest rate!! I will definitely be back for my next vehicle and I'am letting all my family and friends know to contact Marco at A Star Motors

Range Rover

I searched no less than six area dealers in Albuquerque and Santa Fe before purchasing a super clean late model low mile Range Rover from A Star. They have everything except the RED Carpet. Very service minded, soft cell approach- Great organization.

Good First Experience

(Copied from my Google review, just FYI) My boyfriend and I went to A Star Motors to buy our first car after the old family truck died on us. We were expecting to have to argue a lot with people because we're young and so people try to treat us like we don't know what we're talking about. We were pleasantly surprised when that wasn't the case! Dennis, the man who helped us, made it so that we drove away in our new (used) car very satisfied. He let us test drive it, explaining various things about the car as we drove. When I asked about a student discount (I'm a university student), he gave us $500 off on a car that was already reasonably priced for a 2014 car in great shape with less than 50,000 miles on it. He was very transparent about the car's history and the application process for financing and got us a great deal for first-time buyers! The warranty deal is also more generous than you can find at other dealerships. Paid for the emissions test and registration as well. My only complaint is that we were there ALL DAY (like 3+ hours) going through the process to buy the car. But I guess that's just the nature of buying a car. I would highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a good deal on a used car, especially if you're a first time buyer who needs help getting through the process like we did. Thank you Dennis for great service and for selling us a great car!

Worst dealership

First off I called on a Friday about a vehicle posted on several sites including Car Gurus and the dealer site but was told vehicle was out for inspection and I would receive a call on Monday with an update. The entire week passes by with no call and when I attempted to reach out no one answered (The business phone is owner Aaron Flores' personal cell phone). During that week the price was increased by $1000 and when I finally received a call back he stated it was because he had to make repairs. First off a vehicle shouldn't be listed until ALL inspections and necessary repairs are complete. Secondly the car was worth $5500 at best, which it wasn't in its best condition but he marked it up almost $3000 in an attempt to take as much as possible from the consumer. Aaron Flores is arrogant and unprofessional, I would stay far away and go to a reputable dealer before trusting his vehicles.
