I went to look at a Nissan Rogue about a month ago. Tried financing through CAC but the amount down that CA wanted was out of my range. However i received a call from Joe who was quite honest with me and did not run my credit all over three counties trying to make a sale. Most dealerships will do just that run the credit app through countless companies, Cascade did not and for that they have my respect and future business just for honesty.

Poor customer service
I contacted them over a week and a half ago. The gentleman said that the car had just arrived on the lot and had to be gone through / inspected and it should be about 3 days, he would call me so I could come look at it......... Still waiting for that call. I guess they're not interested in selling much!!!!! Very poor customer service.
