    This dealership was very difficult to work with. I was very clear that the model they were showing me was out of my price range. I asked to see a less... expensive model and the salesman ignored my request and continued to push the more expensive model. After a very long period of discussing my price range with the manager, he came back and said that he could only take a couple of hundred off the sticker price. I wasted half of a day at this dealership. I then got a great deal at the other Lexus dealership in Jacksonville.

    The best experience in 40 years of car buying. The staff at this dealership from the general manager, sales consultant, business office, technology consultant,... and service consultant are highly dedicated and motivated to ensuring you are having the best customer service you will experience.     The experience of purchasing a car was fantastic! The process did not take all day, the salesman, MIchael Green, answered all of my questions, and was... patient. Gabriel, from the IT department reviewed my new cars features and ensured I was knowledgeable about them. And, signing the paperwork was completed with Nikki, who reviewed all options without any pressure. I will be a Fields customer for life!
