Not so Luxury experiences
Let’s rate the dealership overall experience from purchase to now having to have a warranty service before even 2 months of ownership. So let’s start with the purchase and the dealing with the sales guys wasn’t bad with the exception of there was no delivery person available to explain the electronics or set up the account for the vehicle. Next we had to deal with the finance person which is the most unpersonable person I have had to deal with and really kinda pushy. All of these features of the dealership were pushed upon purchase of the vehicle as this is the first “luxury” vehicle we have purchased, and finding that’s it’s mostly a sales ploy. We now have had to have service on the vehicle and that was another ordeal after only having the vehicle for less than 2 months, there is a software update for the power steering that has been know for at least a year and trying to get this scheduled took two days, as they have someone that knows nothing about vehicle service trying to schedule service and getting a service adviser to call back took two days and they dealership doesn’t have courtesy vehicles until the end of January. The drop off and pick up wasn’t bad but we asked for the vehicle to be washed (these are offered free) well there were and still are bugs on the windshield so really not sure that these free car washes are going to be worth the time as they claim it’s about an hour to complete.

Service Advisor Extraordinaire
My service advisor is Ted K. I can always depend on him to keep his word. Whatever he tells me , he makes it happen. I get recommendations from him, then he allows me to make my decisions. I am appreciative of the fact that he recognizes me as a person that deserves respect.

Great staff I encounter today!
I pulled up just a bit early but the service man was so kind he knew what he was doing even during and after my vehicle was completed. Great greeter give five thumbs up!

My car needed an air condition compressor I needed a loaner. I prefer my loaner to be a Mercedes. Ted always come through with what my wife and I need. I think he’s the best on staff there. I will purchase another Mercedes again because of the service treatment we received from Ted Kypreos. Thanks Ted you’re the best! My car is running great!

This Mercedes dealer worked on my Mercedes, for a recall campaign. The vehicle was running 110%, the dealer tested the vehicle before work was started. A couple of hundred miles and the vehicle was back in the shop. 2 days later I get an invoice for $25,000.00 a new engine was needed. Please be ware, this vehicle was my daily ride, and just like that I lost my daily ride. Yes purchased the vehicle there, but obviously under a different management. If anyone would like to ask any additional questions about my experience I would be glad to answer.

Great Customer Service
Ted was my service advisor. He kept me informed every step of the way. His open communication made the process seamless. Everyone at this location was pleasant and polite. The only downfall I see is it’s hard to get someone on the phone. Other than that, I would highly recommend this location.

The customer service is the worse I have ever come across in my many many years of driving the Mercedes product. Trying to contact the dealership is extremely diffcult

Amazing Service @ MB Orange Park
Everyone working with Ms Z. Thompson, did a amazing job; I was given a loaner while my car was being serviced. I got a text when the job was done. When I came n to pick up my car my paperwork (at the cashier)was waiting on me, which meant a lot to me, it saved time.
