Although the car we went to see was sold, they were very professional and helpful. They were not pushy like most used car dealers and they attention to detail prior to listing a car was very impressive.

I’ve dealt with a shady used car salesman or two in my life. Murat at Elite is cut from a different cloth. He has a laid back demeanor and earned my trust within the first couple minutes. Was blown away by the level of customer service by everyone at Elite. Had an issue with my down payment as USAA had placed a hold on part of the funds. Murat’s brother Zeke helped me find a work around and saved me half a point on my interest rate offered by USAA. The fees on the vehicle I bought were straightforward And honest. The whole experience was outstanding. The guys over there have earned my business for any future vehicles I purchase.

AWESOME AWESOME experience!!! Probably the best car buying experience I've had in my 30+ years of buying cars. And it was all done sight unseen. Steve, the rep at Elite, was awesome to work with. Nice, helpful, no pressure, and I love his cool Louisiana accent! When I explained I was buying this from out of state, sight unseen, as a gift, he didn't hesitate to shoot a walkaround video and send it to me so I could better see the car. Through the whole process they were amazing to work with. Elite even helped with getting me a 2nd key, they arranged getting it through a BMW dealer. Truly - I'm not exaggerating - this was the best car buying experience I've had. And it wasn't for some $60k+ high end car - like many they sell there - with a huge profit margin for Elite. It was a lower-priced car, and I'm sure they did not make a ton on the sale. Regardless, through 30+ total phone calls and emails, they spent time working with me onas if I'd just spent 100k. Fantastic experience!
