    I purchased a 2014 Mercedes Benz C250 from this establishment back on April 25, 2018 from a salesman named Nicholas. When first purchasing the vehicle... I was informed by my salesman's that the vehicle's down payment would be $4500. I only had $3000 at that time which was accepted by the dealership. I was informed by Nicholas that my first car note would be due after I finished paying off the rest of my down payment owed which was $1500 and due on June 6,2018.When first inspecting the vehicle I noticed that something was wrong with the brakes and the brakes signal was on. It was noted on my paperwork in which I have a copy of that the brakes needed to be fixed. Over the 25 days I received a run a round trying to get the promised repairs completed by the shop. I contacted Nicholas who advised me to start recording conversations with the owner CJ as he no longer worked at the establishment due to the shop fraudulent practices so I did. I have recorded through voice and text messages CJ informing me to come and get my brakes fixed. Every time I showed up he would advised me to come back another day or that there was nothing wrong with my brakes. At this time I had already paid for three inspections all informing me that I had faulty brakes. I also had to purchase three new tires since I all my tires were bald. I went out of town and CJ harassed me for the car payment on May 25th and yet my brakes were not fixed and I was informed that my first carnote would not be due until after June 6 when I finished making my deposit payment. I looked at my paperwork and it did say my first payment would be due 5/25 even though I was told otherwise and I have text messages from this as well. I was also approached by a customer at CJ's establishment that she was currently having issued getting a refund from CJ and that he was currently out on work release for doing fraudulent things. She also advised me to record conversations with CJ as he was doing the same thing to her. I also got her information as well. Since then I have been hesitant to pay him because he keeps switching his story and my brakes were never fixed. CJ repossessed the vehicle and provided me with a rental vehicle that he said I can drive and the payments would go towards my amount owed. He informed me to give him the keys to my vehicle as he wanted to make money renting it out. He said he had to do this because his investors informed him to do so. When later asked for the investor information to get things resolved he then informed me that he owns the company and makes all the decisions. Due to my current situation I felt as if I did not have a choice to accept but before accepting I asked for my balance owed and he said he would get that information to me but never did. I continued to pay for the rental until I had the funds for the remaining balance of the vehicle payments I thought I owed on my vehicle even though he has yet to repair the brakes. I then texted him for the final balance owed ready to make payment with no response. He then had his employees calling my family and I misrepresenting themselves advising that there was a warrant out for my arrest because I had missed two payments on the rental. His employees continued to harass me advising me that I was about to get locked up. I continued to try to get the balance but they would not provide that information to me. Since then I contacted the Cobb police department to file a complaint with them as well. I am owed a full refund. I recorded all conversations with CJ and I saved all text messages. At this point I have enough to file suit and if I am not refunded $4,000 I will do so. If the shop was not negligent in timely handling the vehicle repairs I would have been able to make payments but instead I was paying for vehicle repairs that were owed to me.

    Do not get a car from here please for your own sake go somewhere else one thing I’ve learned is that u take care of people who are buying your product... ...they must forgot that part

    I would like to thank these guys and gals for a superb job well done when I thought I wasn't able to afford a dependable car they made it happen I've had... my Jeep for almost a year now and have had no problem. Their vehicles are of good quality and very much worth it. I would definitely recommend anyone to these guys. Thanks First Choice Motors!!!

    It would not let me give 5 stars on everything for some reason. Overall I would give them a 10.. These guys know how to do business. Kevin and Scott made... the deal work for me under my terms with no hassle. Will recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle

    I found myself in a real bind! The guys over at First Choice Motors in Smyrna went above and beyond to help me out!!! The customer service there was excellent.... These are real people who realize sometimes people have real problems. They will do everything they can for you and to make sure that you are able to drive off with the car for you! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a affordable vehicle.
