Alfred is the best aspect of this place; he’s kind and

Alfred is the best aspect of this place; he’s kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, Nasir and Edward, the scammers running it, seem to prefer financing over cash sales, even when unnecessary. After discussing details and driving from out of town, I found out Nasir wouldn’t be there, despite previous assurances. I checked the car with Alfred, who seemed trustworthy. However, after receiving our bank-issued check, we were told the car was reconstructed and faced delays with the title. Edward claimed internet issues, which now seem like a common tactic. Nasir promised we’d receive the title when we paid in full, but later said he didn’t have access to it, despite providing a copy. After waiting for two days for documents, I received no response to my inquiries. Nasir’s communication devolved into personal insults, even suggesting vacations instead of addressing my concerns. He claimed they wouldn’t send the title until the cashier’s check cleared, contradicting previous statements. A week later, the check cleared, but I still had no title. After more delays, I received an unsigned title. When I drove three hours to have it signed, Nasir tried to take it from me and forged Edward’s signature. I alerted other potential buyers, but Nasir ignored me while pretending to be on the phone. I will not be intimidated by these scammers and will take action to warn others.

We are so sorry to hear about your negative experience with Ed and Nacir, however these gentlemen work for Philly Auto which is right next door to us. Taken advantage of...

Like "Scammer" stated in his review...Lots, and lots of problems with a car in "great condition"- I've had it 6 weeks and it still can't be driven due to the significant repairs needed to make it safe to drive. I was completely lied to and snowed...they are NOT to be trusted.

Major Disappointment

Sales manager, CJ, was very helpful initially. I explained my situation from the very beginning and he provided information on several vehicles. Once a vehicle was selected, and the terms were workable for me, things started to decline. It felt like I was being ignored and strung along. Our last interaction ended with CJ being very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Another manager, Alex, did attempt to smooth things over and explained what happened. Not a very good experience overall.

Overcharged and underwhelmed now

One month later and I'm having more problems than I started with. The car is fine so far. My problem is financial. My initial payment was supposed to be $425 on September 4th. Due to a "pc issue", I was charged $854.80!!! I called to complain as it would cause an overdraft on my account because of other obligations I have. After much double talk and run around, I still have yet to be reimbursed the $429.80 extra charge they took AND I got hit with the overdraft regardless. I also have no faith that it won't occur again next month. Looking into legal options now.

Bent over backwards for me!

Great place to buy a car from! Polite and helpful!

I've been referred by a friend who bought a car from this place a year ago. I can only say that I've been treated like a vip. Polite reps and phenomenal finance manager. He got me approved even with an open bankruptcy! Im back on track building my score back up and driving a car I absolutley love! Thumbs up for these guys! Thank you!!!

Scammers!!

They sell cars in “perfect condition” at least that’s what they claim but when you realize they lied they won’t fix anything! They’re scammers and just want your money. They even asked me to pay them to fix a car the sold me broken!!
