Needed a Good Used Car for a Low Price

Service is great. Not too pushy. Had a variety of makes and models. New body styles. Good prices. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting honest salesmen and needing a decent car.

do not buy any cars from here !!!!

unfortunately I purchase a black GMC Yukon XL on 10/22/18 we bought this truck because we are in need of a good reliable car for a family of 6, on that day of the purchase when signing on the contract I read and looked over it. I was assured I was buying a working truck in great conditions. And understood I was buying the truck at it was. The sales guy gave and a 3 month warranty that covered any engine or transmission repair, which I thought it was great I sign the contract, and now on 11/06/2018 3 weeks later we took the truck to get fix got it back 11/13/2018, then on 11/18/2018 we took the truck back because he are having the same problems that supposable the dealership fix witch they didn’t . Now we still have the 3 month warranty and the dealership doesn’t want to fix the problem. We are now going to get our own mechanic to see what’s going on and if it so happened we need to get a new engine or transmission the dealership never respected what was on the contract so now I'm sewing them..

$1300+in repairs after purchasing a car

Can you rate a 0? Stay far away! THis place is disgusting. Tried charging me 25% interest (down the street charged me 4%), they tried explaining to me how credit/financing works, no I️ know how I️t works your just giving me an awful option. On top of that they really did a number on the car I️ purchased for $9,000 CASH. Noted that I️ have put less than 600 miles on this car since purchase ($1,300 in damages and more than that pending because I’ve had to take I️t to a mechanic AGAIN that I’ve had to pay since just so I️ can get to work every day, on top of missing work, therefor more money, and having to pay for Uber’s) Here’s a list: -Told me they changed the spark plugs when they DID NOT, I️ have 3 mechanics look at I️t and they said they spark plugs were definitely the original ones. This causing: a misfiring in 3 of the coils. My car on Christmas Day started choking. -There was a crack in the dip stick -the oil in the car “which they changed right before I️ purchased” looks like black tar. ( I️ have pictures and recordings I️ took of the owner telling me to my face all this was done before I️ bought I️t) -the best of all Someone glued water pipe to water pump and it failed. Water pump leaking as well. Top of photo I️ attached, seal missing for #3 injector....that is causing a fuming gasoline smell -THERES NO WHEEL LOCK KEY seriously if I️ had a blow out I️ was have to call a tow the tires they gave me are shot and I️ can’t replace them because I️ have no wheel lock key and no money to purchase one because it’s all gone into this car. I️ went in to talk to the owner and he through the list of damages and charges I️. My face and told me to take him to court. He was mad because I️ took I️t somewhere to get fixed which is ridiculous. They had a smirk on their face when I️ pulled off that lot, they knew exactly what I️ was getting myself into purchasing that car, they saw a 23 year old girl who had never purchased a car before and saw an opportunity to jump and take advantage of me. Truly disgusting human beings. Side note: their finance guy clearly has no idea what he’s doing, he shouted ‘what’s this $Xxxx the on your credit? Is I️t a mortgage???’ From 2 rooms over? No it’s a student loan I️ said but didn’t really think I️t was the entire stores business to know the amount of student loans I️ have?

Great service before and after car purchase

Purchased a great VW Jetta from IMD Motors for a very reasonable price. They were helpful before we purchased the car, and fixed every little thing that was needed for a great price. When you buy from IMD Motors, you don't only get a good car, but excellent service before and after the buying process.

Trustworthy and Integrity

Rare to find integrity in today's used car market. We purchased a car from IMD for our daughter and shortly thereafter had a problem. I called them concerned that they were going to say '...hey you purchased it as-is and that's your problem..' but quite the opposite. They said to bring it in and they would make it right. Making it right was no small investment on their part and they absolutely did. I am only one person and this is one data point but I absolutely would trust them to purchase another car.

Cadillac

First off I met with the owners son he was amazing he showed me all the vehicles then Miguel helped me out the only thing the car needed was some tires and they would happily replace no questions asked ended up getting the car so far everything is good been having it for 6 months now
