Like the title - I bought a Chevy from them last year and traded it in today for a Kia Sportage. Jaimes was super helpful. In and out in a few hours - quicker than normal. Worked with me on the sicker price and the trade-in. Negotiations were copacetic. Great selection! Small business which I like to support means personalized treatment.

Salesman was inexperienced. Was interested in a car that they wouldn’t make a deal with me on, next day they sold it for the price I was asking for. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend ever going to this place to purchase a car.

I just bought a 2013 FJ cruiser from Auto Solutions. The customer service was great. Herman and Steve who processed the paperwork did a great and thorough job. Thank you every one who works there. You all were so welcoming.

So where to begin... let’s begin with the creepy sales guy we got. He constantly was leaning over my shoulder while I was trying to access my check stubs on my phone. When I couldn’t pull them up promptly he threw a fit, and walked away. Finally accessed my check stubs online waited for 20 mins for him to come back. When he did come back he grabbed my phone from my hands and sent himself a screenshot of my check stub. Which I did not give him permission to do. Second thing when they gave me an offer, they didn’t include what interest was on the paper work, nor did they include what a warranty would cost. I was already putting a hefty amount down on the vehicle... 4K the sticker price was 19k they wanted a payment of 500 for 60 months.... so with the down payment and the price they were trying to finance the 11 year old vehicle would have cost 35k.... when I asked about a warranty they said they could work one in for an extra couple of thousand down. When I said it wouldn’t work Paul came out and pressed my cousin about being a co signer. He DID NOT take no for an answer, he got aggressive with my cousin treating him like he was stupid.... I am a first time car buyer and these guys ruined the experience. They are snakes, crooked creeps. 0 out of 10 would not recommend to a friend.

Bought a ‘14 Chevy Cruze and absolutely love it! CarGurus informed me it was a great deal under KBB. Paul and Jeda worked with me and the service department took care of the factory warranty repairs while they supplied me with a loaner. This way I was able to drive my daughter to her first day of high school in a fabulous, clean car instead of the ‘91 Civic I’d been driving. 10/10 will buy my next car from them!

Auto Solutions has very nice clean vehicles on the lot. After miscommunication, misunderstanding and problems with obtaining license plates, this has been the worst car purchasing experience we have been through. Staff members have been very nice however Paul has been very hard to work with and became very unprofessional as a business owner in my opinion. Glad to see others have had good experiences as Paul will require a "strong 5 star rating" to complete a sale!
